One because it was new to me, and second, because my car was very dirty.
I booked with Dan’s Details for interior detailing. Their prices were reasonable and had great reviews (now I know why) and so I decided to go with them.
Booking the appointment was an easy process. Their teammate, Eric, arrived right on time and spent a few hours cleaning my car. My car had food stains on seat, food was stuck in side crevices and it was smelling like coffee. After the hours of work of Eric, none of those things were there. My car was looking brand new and was smelling really nice. He made sure even the smallest of the area was clean and shining, and also showed me some places which he couldn’t clean (which were pretty minor things and understandable). They were so minor, that had he not showed me, I would have not known, but it just showed his clarity of work.
I am extremely happy with the service, and I highly recommend Dan’s Details for interior services, since I had a great experience.
Thank you guys, because of you I finally feel my car is back to how it used to be, “a nice place to be in”.
By Mudit Mehta (2 months ago)First and foremost I want to start off by saying that I did not have a horrible experience with this company AND I checked my vehicle and signed off basically saying the work completed was fine (just to not make a big deal of my disappointment). I always pay for services even when I’m not satisfied because I feel it’s only right and I just know to make a different choice next time. So, let me say that the customer service is good. I called, they texted me right back and we finally agreed on a time and a price range. The gentleman who initially texted me back about the services was kind in addition to the supervisor and also the gentleman who actually performed the work. My exterior looks good! They did a great job with my wash, I believe wax, and my tires were even shiny.However I am less impressed with my interior. Carpet looks good, console and cup holders look good, and I forgot to check my windows but I don’t think anything stood out with that. The thing that I am most disappointed about is my seats. Like VERY disappointed because I’ve had my car detailed MANY times, I’ve even done it myself, and the stains in the seats always come out. I mainly called Dan’s Mobile Detailing because my seats were my main concern. So I’m a little frustrated and saddened by the fact that I paid $225 and my car doesn’t look how it normally does when I get it detailed. I paid $85 over what I normally pay and didn’t get the same results. I was willing to pay more this time than I normally do because it was a mobile service, but again, the main reason I called Dan’s didn’t get resolved.
I guess my final comment about this company is, good customer service and availability, good work on the exterior of the vehicle, and even decent work on the inside of the vehicle. However, if you need your seats shampooed I do not recommend this company unfortunately. The price is too high to not be satisfied like myself.
Update: They reached out to me after I posted my review. Stated they would try to come out and remove the stains that were still on my seats. Then I received a text today stating they were too booked and would not be coming out. I’m actually more frustrated than I was yesterday, especially after looking at my seats over and over. However, I will use the Tuff Stuff foam I’ve used in the past to get the stains out on my own. Literally works wonders. Hope this review and update helps.

Recently discovered Mr. Refurbisher is in our business park. They came this morning and did a fantastic detail. Car hasn’t looked this good in a long time!
Not only was Mr. Refurbisher EXACTLY what I needed in a detailing company, but Tevin, who did the detail, was a great guy. Walked me through everything before and after, made sure I had my questions answered and did not rush at all. Taeisha was also very helpful for the initial questions I messaged about!
This was the first time I ever got my first car detailed. So I had spent a good amount of time attempting to find a quality detailing company, and I’m glad Mr. Refurbisher was the one I chose. Highly recommend to anyone. They are as professional as it gets, with very efficient systems in place to run the business!
The staff and team at Mr. Refurbisher truly know how to run a business. From detailed communication to little perks like a first time customer Welcome Packet, they are doing things the right way. Tevin showed up to detail my husband’s car (which was a Christmas gift). He first wanted to go over the car with me and ask if I had any concerns or spots I wanted addressed. Once finished, he made sure that I was happy with everything. The car looked and smelled amazing. It was well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend Mr. Refurbisher for sure to anyone looking to have their car detailed or washed. I will be using them again in the future!
I received a used work truck and the former owner had a dog, it smelled so bad! After Tevin came out the truck looked BRAND NEW! I cannot praise them enough for the job they did and highly recommend them!
I found Mr Refurbisher while doing an internet search for mobile Auto Detailing. My service person was Ray and he did a wonderful job on my truck which was pretty dirty. I also had the headlights refurbished and they look like new. The entire staff that I was in contact with from the initial booking to the follow up call was very pleasant and professional. And I have to mention that my mother left a stack of credit and debit cards in the truck and our service technician Ray found and returned them. In today’s world honesty can be hard to find and I am so grateful that he returned them because I had no idea that my mother hid them in the truck! He is a great asset to Mr Refurbisher and gives a wonderful representation of the company as far as work ethic and integrity. I will definitely utilize their services again. #onehappycustomer
