I make it my business to wash my vehicle at least once a week.
This place is normally packed during the weekend or just on a nice day.
The staff is cool, the equipment works well and they are growing.
Just found out they’re installing two new vacuums and a shampooer in the next few days or so.
Oh and the coffee shop is only a couple steps away!

I’m trying to be somewhat fair of my rating as they did a pretty decent job washing, waxing, and cleaning the interior.My concerns was around the windows was still covered with some pollen. Knowing our area, the pollen build-up is pretty bad but I had expected more from Monstar, especially since they did a great job the last time I went 2 years ago. I had to go over with a detail brush and soap and clean around the edging to get the gunk out. Also, the rims were barely cleaned, almost like taking the wash brush over without getting in-between the spokes. I didn’t think of taking the pictures till after I spent an hour cleaning up afterwards.
I dropped the car off first thing in the morning, then wasn’t able to pick it up till after 5. I didnt want to delay the process any further especially with one of the staff going over all the mess ups with a rag. I know she wasn’t exactly pleased with the performance of the crew. Decent thing she did after noticing all of the other issues was give me a free car wash card, but that will probably be the last time I go there for a detail.

They were able to get it all sucked up and out of the carpet. Now it looks and smells brand new thanks to Monstar. My Celica Supra’s interior was taken over by rats just from sitting outside for a few weeks and the odor was unbearable. They restored the interior and deodorized it thoroughly. Quality is definitely gone downhill. The brushless wash goes so quick now that the soap isn’t even rinsed off when it signals you to pull out. Pay to get your car scratched! That’s all this place is good for. Tried talking to the manager but she tried saying she could see the scratches on my car before going in. The employees were very friendly, and did an excellent job. They took there time to make sure the job was done right, even in the cold days of January. Recommend getting your ride washed here. Ty sure kleen.
BEWARE. I went here an hour ago, the car wash broke my side mirror and tore the housing. I talked to a manager and was told they won’t pay for any damages, even if it was their fault. Kept lying to my face and doubting the damage was from them. Refused to make it right and were rude in the process. Never take your business here.
Great self car washing station with one automatic stall. We have a car topper and we’re easily able to clean everything. Credit cards accepted made the transactions convenient. They even had a vending machine for special automotive internal wipes to give the dash a nice little shine 🙂
Love the service an vacuums are free that’s the deal breaker for me
