We paid for full service vacuuming and car wash. This is immediately following the service. My car is hardly ever used and had no clutter to work around, but this was the final result. There is an actual twig left near the gear shift. It’s seriously asking the bare minimum to vacuum the car effectively. The doors weren’t wiped clean, the dashboard wasn’t either. The guy made sure my air pressure in my tires was good. Refilled the wiper washer fluid and I brought some wipers and he put them on for me. Great service! My family made me and Betty the Buick an official Benny’s Member with unlimited car washes. We’ve already been a few times and the staff and washes have been excellent!
This is the first time I’ve ever used a Benny’s before. We just moved here from out of state and I had heard about it decided to try it out for an oil change and a car wash in detailing. The staff blew me away with their customer service. Whatever people you’re hiring at this location keep hiring them because they are amazing.
The equipment does not do a good job. Constantly being inundated by employees to buy a monthly package. The price is up and quality of service is way down. They used to have good equipment. There are never enough vacuums to serve the customers. It is free with a car wash if you can ever find one available. They are making the buildings prettier but they do not plan to update the equipment. Will switch to another provider as soon as it is built. It is under construction now.
I stopped in for an oil change on my truck. Olivia was the service tech. She was great. Best customer service ever. She insured I was made aware of all services step by step. Quick turnaround. I definitely will go back again. Thank y’all
Benny’s is probably the best car wash in Baton Rouge. Decent oil changes too. I tried others and came back to Benny’s.
