Editing my initial rating and review (which I am leaving below). The owner reached out to me and offered to re-perform the service and to make it right. I came back and the staff was very friendly again. The team also did a great job detailing my truck. They left no nook uncleaned and my truck looks brand new. Thanks!
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quick service. However the quality of the car wash and interior cleaning was terrible. The few photos I took below were immediately after the “cleaning”. There was still dirt and gunk on my floor mats and in my cup holders. The mirrors and windows were covered in water spots and still had streaks from before the wash (inside). And there was still dirt and mess on the exterior (specifically on the bedliner and passenger mirror).
I would expect better from my 7 year-old kid for $10.

The person who greeted us and communicated with us (manager?) was very nice and helpful. The washed took way longer than expected, but they gave us a big discount and were very nice. The result was worth it, esp for the price. I will be back again, and just know I should probably leave the car for the day. However, I’ve only gone once, so they might be able to get it done quicker usually. The worst $75 I have ever spent. Let’s start off with the price — I have an HRV which is the definition of a crossover. They charged me $65 for “large SUV/minivan” which is insane since my car is closer to a sedan, if anything. When I asked why I was charged the wrong price, they said they don’t price for crossovers anymore (???). That is NO where on the website or any of the pricing in the store. But whatever, $65 to get a “deluxe wash”. They asked me to tip prior to even seeing the work which was sketch but I’m like whatever, it’s a car wash. $10 tip.
The pricing is already outrageous just for someone to wash the car but I’m thinking AT LEAST my interior will be clean. NOPE. attached are photos of the dashboard, my passenger seat and the wheel just leaving the place. And I don’t even think they opened the trunk. I mean $75 and they couldn’t even wipe the seats or dashboard? Also some weird liquid was left behind and it stained my leggings so altogether a costly interaction. I would strongly recommend AGAINST anyone coming here for a cleaning of their car interior.
2 stars because their lobby is nice, had tons of drinks, and the finished fast (to a fault, but still). And the outside looked as expected.

I went back to the car wash and spoke with Raphael who was very kind and had them wash and clean the inside of my car properly this time. I appreciate a business who takes their customers seriously and learns from their mistakes. I don’t have photos but the inside was vacuumed and the seats and dashboards were actually cleaned this time around. Thank you!

Had them do The Works Detail with clay bar and paint correction on my 2021 Mercedes GLE AMG. Car was immaculate afterwards. Paint was like a mirror. Did an awesome job. Will never go anywhere else while this place is here. Thank you!
