I have tried many car washes like this one, and no one comes close to tidal wave. I have a monthly membership with my main vehicle (UNLIMITED daily washes for $25 a month), but I just recently came by with my “work vehicle” that has been sitting for a couple of months. The guy working took 10 minutes to THOROUGHLY wash the car before even sending me through the wash. After doing all of that, he grabbed my attention to tell me about a product (one that they don’t sell — so he wasn’t trying to solicit) that could work out the spots left over on the car that were being stubborn.
The attention to detail is always incredible. Their customer service is always excellent. Today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I had to unclog 2 vacuum hoses before I could use them. Seems like there should be someone whose job that should be… Oh, right… There is. There are actual humans that get paid to make sure things actually work. The amount of large debris just laying around was quite surprising. The “free” rags and sprays were lacking, I had another customer ask me if I knew where to find them. Just a few months ago I gave this place a great rating but just recently I had the worst experience ever with this company and its staff Chad the general manager is not only rude but downright disrespectful as well as his assistant manager Armani recently my vehicle was damaged severely in the tunnel of their car wash as well as the second vehicle behind me it was so bad that they had to shut the place down whatever you do please take heed and don’t go to this place you have been warned I learned shortly that this is not the only incident that they had concerning incident Vehicles inside the tunnel and with the complaints they continue to grow my suggestion to everyone stay away for your vehicle could end up like mine or worse someone could get severely injured please take my advice stay away from this place it can become dangerously unsafe.By Benita Woods (6 months ago)We were visiting and our rental car had some kind of dealership adhesive residue on the rear passenger window and the young man at the entry made sure to scrub the adhesive so as to make sure it came out in the wash. Convenient way to get your car washed automatically. I like the monthly membership in that you can get your car washed as many times in a row as you like everyday.
The staff are friendly, polite, and eager to help when they can by pressure washing your mats or manually applying tire shine when that part of the car wash is not working correctly.

Car wash always works properly, side mirrors stay in place, dryer works and its nice to pull out and get what you pay for monthly.The North Augusta LULus never works correctly… It folds inside mirrors and the dryer cloth thing at end NEVER comes down on car. Ive mentioned it numerous times and it does not get fixed. #dissaponting…

I have gone to the office of the Jackson road carwash and I was told to unenroll online. I did that…gave all the information requested, but it did not work. I have called all the numbers I can find for this business but I am unable to get in touch with anyone to help me. I will now have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I had to use multiple vacuums because the first one was so weak with no suction power. I doubt I will be back. Personally I don’t recommend. I just paid $25 to go through an automated car wash…they didn’t even pre-brush off the stuck on bugs like they do at standard places. The guy was nice enough that helped me at the credit card machine but frankly I could have done that myself…that’s not why you go to a car wash that has people working at it. Just glad I didn’t get talked into the “membership” because that would have been an (additional) waste of money. Now I’m going to go home and actually clean the car myself because it didn’t even get the windows clean.
I’ve been going here for about a year now, and for the most part it’s easy peasy…I subscribed to the monthly membership plan and I can drive right in and out in less than 5 minutes and the vacuums are great too.
I’ve also noticed, as other people have said, at that this location they don’t do the prewash on the front, windshields, or tires because they don’t have enough help.
Overall, it’s good for the price and they lay everything you need out by the vacuums if you wanna detail your car.
When I first started coming here a couple years ago you’d get an amazing wash for the price, especially when you paid for the higher tier washes with wax, and now I’ll have to either try another location or another company, not sure if it’s going downhill as a franchise or just this location. Past few washes I paid for a wash that was supposed to include wax and tire shine and they used to spray your tires and such before you went in and now they haven’t been and my tires definitely don’t look clean or shiny whatsoever when I come out. The prices have went up and quality gone down. The wash itself is very spotty now and leaves a lot of holidays and the car itself did not shine like it got any type of wax.. looked like I paid for their cheapest “wash only”. Definitely not worth it coming here anymore which is disappointing because the location was convenient for me.
Had an unenthused attendant (employee) and he did not pre prep my car with brush and soap and water like the other employees do on any other day so front of car did not get cleaned . And the wash and quality of the car wash was not like it used to be. It seems old and worn. Vacuums were ok. But would have atleast given 4 stars if the attendant was more friendly, attentive, and enthused about his task .
The car wash itself is nice but the attendants are paying NO attention to what’s going on paid for an upgrade to my car wash to include a membership and no one came out and gave me my sticker we even stayed an hour after the wash to vacuum the car and clean the inside no one ever came brought us our sticker tag…. Luckily the other location got us fixed up nice
