Used to be great… nice new equipment, but they cut down on how many employees they have so they no longer spray both sides of the vehicle. Only the driver’s side. I was paying $36 a month for the wash pass and my truck still comes out with mud on the step bar. When I asked for the other side to be sprayed I was rudely told I don’t have time for that there is a line. You will have to go through it again. Not sure why my time is less important… I already waited in line and I already knew there would be an issue with the mud and what the solution was. First experience here. I payed with card, had no idea where to put cash. Two cars were behind me waiting for me to pay and go. I get up to the wash and a lady did two useless swipes with the weakest power wash in the front of my car that’s all, and then I had to go forward into the wash. Well the dust was gone, but all the gunk on the windshield, headlights, and grill was still there. The main reason I payed to get a car wash was to get the gunk off. So I payed over $10 to get my car rinsed off. Purchased 35.99 monthly package. Asked rude girl at prep station to please spray running boards, and her response was, ” NO, can’t you see this long line? Go through again. ” wonder why they had long lines. Everyone has to go twice. Go through again as if my time means nothing. Just spend an hour in the car wash line for a sub-par job. They answered this post as if they cared about customers, but NEVER answered the email that I sent to them through their website. GARBAGE OWNERSHIP!! Thanks for the free vacuuming. The pass is fast and inviting. The lights and colors is fun to watch. It cleans and waxes my car nicely. It leaves a fresh scent inside my car.
Definitely a great deal on memberships for a car wash! I love that Larry always has a smile on his face. It’s nice to see a friendly smile everyday. The only “complaint” I have is that I wish the dryers would dry my side mirrors a little better, but it’s so minor.
Would give this place 5 stars but they almost NEVER clean underneath my SUV’s spoiler (except for one employee named Wyatt). What’s the point of their employees with the power washers that spray your car before the car wash? They can literally just spray beneath the spoiler but never do. I have actually called and complained about this before but still no training for their employees. I have a fast pass and come here multiple times a week. Wyatt (seems like a newer employee) is the ONLY employee I’ve had spray beneath the spoiler after over a year of coming here. Downgrading my membership this month because it doesn’t make sense to pay for their most premium tier membership just to be annoyed every time you leave the car wash. So much disappointment, time and time again.
Update: just went again and had the same issue.
