  I have lived in Waterloo for about 4 years, and have used this car wash a dozen or so times. From reading the reviews, I get the impression some people expect a full detail for 20 bucks. LOL, I pay Toyota like $300 for that!

  For $20, this place is a bargain. Not only is my car always spotless on the outside, they do a basic quick clean job on dash, windows, floors/mats. No, they didn’t use toothbrushes to scrub every obscure crevasse, but they did more than I would do if I cleaned it myself, and more than enough to keep your car looking clean if you are not a barbaric slob. For TWENTY BUCKS (slightly more or less, depending on the package).

  It’s usually quick, and the people are friendly enough. I have not found a reason to take my cars anywhere else.

  It was my first time coming here and the prices are not expensive and their really quick about everything and does amazing job well be definitely coming here from here on out to get our vehicles washed

  Very poor service. I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but this has been awful the last several times I’ve gone. Have been going here for years and used to be happy with the washes they provide. I frequently purchase their 5 packs to save on their washes. However the last several times, I get to my truck and its still filthy. I watched the guy spray the windshield once and didn’t even mist it before he barely wiped the cloth across it. When I drove away, I could see dust all over the dash, windshield, and rear window was filthy. Went back in to let them know and the guy comes back out to my truck and wipes the windshield and part of the dash while complaining that they cant keep workers at minimum wage like it was my fault I got a bad car wash. I spent over $17 for the wash and my door jambs, rear window, etc are still filthy. My $17 should pay at least 2 workers for the 15 minutes they touched my truck while covering overhead… Wont be back and would honestly like a refund as I could have gone to Kwik Star and would’ve had a better wash with coatings for half the price.   The problem I have with Waterfalls is they are inconsistent. Sometimes I have gone and they do a great job but I have had a lesser level of satisfaction just as many times. One time the kid who moved my car up gave my key fob to another customer who drove off with it. Luckily they came back or they would have been buying me another very expensive fob. Also they offer to clean your mats but if they’re busy they’ll tell you they can’t do it. Either offer the service or don’t.

  Got the monthly membership. Very quick and easy to use. Gets my car pretty clean, better than other nearby places. The mat cleaning machines are awesome, saves a lot of time and effort. Free vacuums are a plus but they could definitely have better suction, which is my reason for leaving 4/5 stars. The detail kit that you can purchase is a nice option when you need to do a quick wipe down. Fair hours of operation. Overall a nice place and worth the money if you like to keep your vehicle clean all the time.

  Don’t go here if you want parts ripped off your car!! My car had no damage before going here and had nothing wrong with it!! I’ve been through many automatic car washes and never had a problem! They are refusing to cover it! We will see about that…

  Went to the Tunnel of Terror and it was the biggest waste of money. It was a $20 car wash. That’s it. No terror. Nothing scary. There was one guy that tapped on the window at the start. That was it. Nobody else in there doing anything. Just some colorful lights.

  Do not go here, they scratched up my brand new Subaru. And the manager called us and stated he would not be responsible for it. Luckily our personal attorney and insurance company are working on getting the issue resolved, but will never be here again.

  G.M. Ian treats employees with little to no respect and withholds access to company resources like HR. Contact with HR was heavily discouraged especially if it was a work related complaint.

  Customers get treated equally if not worse. Employees were pressured into telling customers the (free) vacuums were only available to people who buy a detail kit or wash.

  Employee training was virtually nonexistent resulting in systems going down or damage to a customers vehicle. Chemicals were often used undiluted or mixed with reckless abandonment.

  Overall this place has a decent chance to give you a headache and a damaged vehicle.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes. Guy at the register tried to get us to buy a more expensive package. All we needed was a quick wash before returning our rental car. The machine did not do anything besides push us out. No water AT ALL and no blower at the end. Literally nothing. Out 6 bucks with a dirty car. Will not be back.

  Inadequate rinse. I drive a minivan and the back door/hatch and side door slide areas are always dirty from dirty water marks after I leave the carwash. I even went through the wash twice one time after talking to an employee about it and it was still just as dirty afterwards. I think they just need more water and maybe extra water pressure on their rinse. I think the wash part is more than sufficient – they’re just not able to rinse it all off at the end. The rinse sprays at the sides of the vehicle and down from above the vehicle, but they don’t have anything in the rinse that sprays towards the back of the vehicle from behind or below. If there is any kind of a lip/overhang, especially on the back, there is no way for the soap and dirt underneath it to be rinsed off. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the convenience of driving through. It is quick, I like the towels provided and the vacuums. This car wash would be so amazing if it would rinse everything off.

  The app is great to use, set your own budget as far as quick pass car washes. The pickup towel drop off towel is a great addition. Vacuum out your car when you’re done. Even if the line is long you’re in and out in 15min or less. 👍👍
