  Not too happy with my second experience here. I got the $11 wash. It mainly got rid of the dirt but somehow during the wash water starting leaking through my window, it was of course rolled all the way up, water stains were left behind, despite me using a towel and most of all the bristles from the car wash machine ruined my front license plate. I was able to fix it a little bit but it still looks absolutely horrible. I’m surprised the plate didn’t fall off. The wash definitely felt too rough on my car and did me worse rather than giving my car an improvement. I called twice in order to get my money back but was left on hold for a few minutes. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming to this car wash any longer.

  Maybe posting on here might help me get my car fixed. On 07/03/2022 my car got damaged at the Waco Location. I have been a member for awhile now never had trouble unit now The staff was monitoring The cars going in and out of the wash. (Only letting one car at a time) so the equipment must been having trouble and damaging vehicles.The equipment broke my rear wiper blade(yes cheap fix but I shouldn’t have to pay for it.) The whole control arm broke and the cover is missing. I sent an email with no response I called no one answered. I want my wiper fixed on my car

  First time with my car at Glide Xpress Car Wash. My car came out cleaner then it was before driving though the car wash 😊 But,not all dirt came off $18. For full car wash and have come home to finish cleaning the dirt off my car🙄🤔 🤨.

  Quick process but did not do a good job on my car. The rear of my car had streaks in the dirt, but the dirt was still there. Plus, I paid for the level that has high gloss tire shine. See photo. I mean, I wasn’t expecting a detail-level appearance, but if you buy a car wash you expect the car to be washed. Plus, the attendant took my credit card and walked away with it to run it in the machine. Why? I could have easily run it myself. Maybe it keeps things moving (and as I noted, it WAS a quick process), but for all I know, he was skimming it while his back was to me. Why even give that appearance? I won’t go back.

  This should have been a quick fix and relatively low repair cost but unfortunately Glide refuses to do the right thing. On May 26th my truck was damaged at the Waco Valley Mills location. I the manager “Ricky” allowed me to start inspecting the brushes to identify any parts that may have damage to my truck but before I could inspect more than one brush he told me I needed to leave and when I wouldn’t he called the Waco Police Department. After the police arrived, which included 2 sergeants and 4 patrol officers they inspected my vehicle for damaged and as we were discussing what happened a second vehicle pulled up and was complaining of damage to their vehicle also. The police sergeant asked Ricky if he was going to shut down and inspect the system and Ricky told him no he couldn’t because that’s against company policy so they continued to wash. Over the next 10 minutes 4 additional vehicles were damaged which included one Waco PD police cruiser, and the police sergeant then told Ricky he must shut down the system or he will cite them for knowingly damaging vehicles. Ricky took my information and I did receive an email notification that the claim was acknowledged by their automated system and I would be contacted within two days. It is now been a month and no contact from Glide. I have sent numerous emails with no replies either. Just a few days after the damage occurred to my vehicle the location was shut down for “maintenance” . Yesterday I went to the Valley Mills location and fond out that Ricky is no longer employed by Glide (per Josh the temp manager) and my claim has been denied. I explained to Josh that there were Waco police officers involved which included 2 Sargents, also one of the police vehicles were damaged, and we have a list of four other people claiming damages at that same time. Plus the system was shut down by the Waco Police Department on that day. How can they say that there was no problem with their system? Josh gave me the “corporate” number and told me that as far as they are concerned the case is closed. This is very unfortunate that Glide would be taking this approach and as I explain to them at the very beginning I just want my truck fixed. We currently have and have had a minimum of 3 monthly memberships since they opened. Historically they’ve done a great job but obviously they don’t stand behind their product causing damage to other peoples vehicles. I hate having to escalate this but it seems that’s the path they want to take. I’ll post an update after I speak with their “corporate” and let you know which direction they want to continue down. (I apologize if I have spelled Ricky’s name incorrectly but no one will tell me the correct spelling

  On July 3rd my wife took our car to the take 5 carwash in bellmead. While in the carwash one of the employees pushed our car into the back of a truck ripping our bumper straight off. My wife was shocked and all the employees downplayed the situation saying that ” oh it’s just the bumper”. The next day we were called by Chris the manager and he said they checked the footage and that they were going to fix our car and that it was their fault 100%. Mistakes happen and they said they would take care of it so I wasn’t worried about it. They asked me to pick any body shop I wanted, but said they were partnered with Maaco body shop. I was nice and went to their partnered shop Maaco. I go to Maaco and they quote me 2000 to get our bumper fixed. A few weeks later I call Maaco and they said the quote wasn’t approved yet by the carwash. A month and a half goes by and I call and call and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I finally get the district managers email Jeremy Bryan and he says that the quote was approved and to go to Maaco. I go sign papers and they say when the parts come in they’ll start the bumper fix. Another month goes by and no phone call or update by Maaco. I call them and they say to come in Monday October 3rd. I bring the car in and they said it’ll be ready by Friday. On Thursday they call and say there’s more damage that they didn’t expect so now I have to wait till their insurance approves the additional damages. Me and my family share one car and we are without a ride anywhere. I’m having to spend 40 a day in Uber rides. I’ve been offered no rental car while waiting for them to fix THEIR mistake. Jeremy Bryan the district manager won’t reply to any of my emails. I haven’t been provided with any insurance claim numbers or anything. They’re supposed to provide me with all that information but have not. I never thought I would have to be dealing with this 4 month nightmare just for wanting a simple carwash. I wasn’t going to write a review, I tried giving them a chance but they keep failing to take care of the situation that they’re responsible for. I’ve never had to deal with this kind of stuff in my life. Don’t ever go here. And yes I’ve tried calling to resolve this issue but nobody will contact me.

  First time here since they changed over to this new company. I tried to get an unlimited car wash pass but for some reason it was not happy with the debit card I provided. It still works just fine but they did their best to provide any help needed. They were very polite and helpful. The car wash was decent and I love the unlimited vacuums. The suction was very good compared to the previous visits when it was under other mgt. They definitely were renovating but there was nothing excessive that caused the customers any problems.

  Previously I was not happy with this particular location.
  Upon my arrival yesterday I met the most professional and kind young man named Jeremy. He advised me of the new detailing station that has been placed. Also updated me on changes to management and other things soon to come that will be good for both existing and new customers.
  For this location this is great news. I have been loyal for many years and happy to see the company investing back in those who vested in them.

  Promote Jeremy is an excellent asset to this location.

  I give it a three because while they have the vaccum area where I detail my own car, the car is never dry so it leaves streaks of soapy water. Y’all expect me to want a membership for a half wash? Anyway the employees are really nice though.

  The only reason they deserve 1 star is the outside of my truck looked ok. I could type a lengthy review but I’ll save myself the time and just attach pics. Yes, this is after the “car wash”. There was a small leaf in the back floor. If they would have done anything the leaf would have been gone. I had a meeting to go to or I would have went back. Also, I asked for no fragrance but I got some terrible “new car” scent sprayed in my car. Ridiculous Never Again

  I’ve been coming to you guys for years because of how great you guys do washing my cars. However, the last 3-4 times I’ve been there, its been really disappointing. Today, I spent $31 on the best wash. First impression…wow that was fast. Honestly that’s not what you want. My second opinion was while driving down the road. Seeing the sun hit the exterior showed the smudge lines all over the car on the outside and on the inside. When i got home I realized i had quite a bit of wok to do. There were bug guts still all over the mirror and front bumper and headlights, parts of the car that were totally missed, greasy handprints on every seat, the back floor mats were thrown in up against the seat, and the tire shine was filthy brown. I had to completely redo the car, inside and out for over an hour. They didn’t clean my wheels, which was obvious because i can see the single pass lines they made. The tire shine was splashed all over the rims and I can’t get it off. I will have to go to bulldog auto detailing to see if they can remove whatever was splashed all over them. This is an expensive car that I keep very clean, and I’m super disappointed with y’all’s results of late. I don’t know if there’s new policies that have been put in place, but if so, quality of service is suffering. I was hoping that the past bad experiences were a fluke, but today was confirmation. Total failure todays guys.

  Phenomenal interior and exterior detail job by these guys. I was quoted almost $400 at bulldog for the same service. Here I paid $160 for the full package and it was so worth it! It came out looking like it was fresh off the car lot! I had white dog hair all over the inside, spills of all kinds, sticky console, and they got it all out, and it smells great. The interior was vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed and if you could see how it looked when I took it in you’d be amazed. They said 3hrs but it only took 2, I had lunch next door at the Italian restaurant which is very good, while I waited. I’ve never been so pleased with a detail job. I will definitely go back to this location for the same service. If you go in for this service, make sure your entire interior is removed of all items, they will need it totally empty to detail it. They said they might not be able to get all the white dog hair out but they got 99.9% of it and I was extremely pleased.

  I really like this car wash. I’m pretty particular with my Forester because of the Eyesight lenses near the rear view mirror, and they always accommodate my request not to have the windshield sprayed.

  The employees are fast, friendly, and efficient and my car looks great when I leave.

  I was very disappointed in a recent trip to Genie Car Wash I paid the extra for the better wash car came through very quickly looked like it had not been vacuumed well and it took them 20 to 30 minutes before they even started drying it when I pointed it out to the gentleman working he said I know I know and said I could take it back around if I wanted that they weren’t busy. I was not the only one complaining while we sat and waited for an hour there were other people complaining. Needless to say I will not be giving Genie Car Wash my business I’ve tried both locations and neither one did a good job no wonder the drive-through ones are getting more business don’t waste your money
