  No service was done on our company vehicle not even a pressure wash. Service was denied upon arrival January 19, 2023 at 4pm. Gentlemen with curly hair claimed this was too much mud and so I am considering canceling my membership

  I do want to give a bit of a warning here because the star rating I was giving it might be a little misleading, but overall they do a pretty good job and the only problem I’ve really seen that I’ve experienced is that when I took my car in which is a Cadillac and has power mirrors I was pushing the button to retract the mirrors and one of the young men grab the mirror and shoved it in and while doing so I heard the gears in it break. Of course I went around to the vacuum and I went to speak to somebody about it they had me fill out a report I was sitting 3 feet away from the mirror inside the driver seat and yet they said they didn’t break it to have the mirror repaired it is $500. Disappointed that they didn’t take responsibility, I mean if It was loud enough I could hear the gears cracking and breaking inside the car with the windows rolled up I would think the young man with his hands on the mirror would obviously know that he did it, the look on his face told me he did. But of course the owner claims that they must’ve been broken before and no one seem to know anything even when they review the cameras of course you’re not going to see it breaking the gears are inside. Soon after they begin Gesturing shoe every single person if they needed their mirrors folded in and if they’re antenna should go up or down go through the wash.

  What a great find! I usually use this place for a quick car wash, but recently there was no wait to get an oil change. I decided to give them a try. The crew was super friendly (they even gave my dog a few treats!) and answered all of my questions about my car’s needs as an older model. They even helped me with my trunk windshield wiper that I had been procrastinating putting on. Excellent quick professional service, I look forward to coming back here.

  I love coming here! I’m not a auto knowledgeable person, and i have always been afraid to get an oil change because I wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t want to be overpriced or to be “up sale” on services. The nice employee, Jamie, was honest and answered every question with truth, and even made me feel comfortable by explaining everything they were doing and why. His customer service was always over and beyond! I appreciate his help and the whole crew’s help! Love the service and prices, and will be back everything or my oil changes😊

  Went for an oil change yesterday and these guys were tentative and amazing. Told me about minor leaks and checked all my fluids without me having to ask. Also answered so many questions I had about my older vehicle. They gave me suggestions and insights along with friendly service. Didn’t try to sell me on anything and made sure my tire pressure was where I wanted it. Great, fast, and friendly service!

  I’ve been coming to this company and this location for nearly 10 years. They’ve always been polite, fast, knowledgeable, and very happy to help. They let me know about leaks, and when another shop didn’t properly secure the skid plate after it had been removed from my truck. I recommend their service to all of my friends and family, and if you’re reading this, to you too. It’s one of those places that makes it hard to go anywhere else after you’ve been.

  Honestly the best car wash
  In town. It’s all about the people and this crew and management always do top notch work. My truck looked brand new after the full service wash!! I went ahead and got the monthly pass because I’m not being my truck any where else but here Rapid Express car wash in Visalia off of Mooney.

  I’ve been coming here for years. The customer service is great. They just raised the price of the full service membership. Now they are nickel and diming us to death with an extra charge for washing the mats, $5.00 and doing the rims and tires, another $5.00. These used to be included in the membership. The employees will probably get less tips for their work, because of the extra costs.

  They are usually really good but lately when I go they don’t give me the air freshener or dash wipe. Today I went with a coupon they took the coupon and still charged me regular price. I wouldn’t recommend this place. What is the point in a coupon if they take it and you still end up paying full price for it? I’ll be looking elsewhere for a car wash from now on.
