  I was really amazed at the job this team did . I ran though some mesquite bushes out at the ranch in my 2018 2500. Bad bad scratched up on a black truck. Dropped it off they said maybe it will polish out. Went 8 hours later picked it up. I tell you they got marks out I put in the truck last year . Looks new . Thanks so much for their hard work.I have never been disappointed going there.

  I took my truck in, which wasn’t bad by any means but I wanted it touched up. I even paid extra for the seats to be wiped down (the picture is after I asked him to rewipe it). This is how I got it back after $56 and wasn’t happy. I gave 2 stars, because it was quick service.. the pictures explain why it was so fast.

  Most recently about 2 weeks ago my wife and I took her vehicle for the Deluxe wash w/wheels and tires about $30 or so, anyway there weren’t many other people there and we sat there for about an hour and fifteen minutes and for about the last 15 minutes they finally started wiping down her car and then Barry noticed that we had been there for awhile and tells us that her car is ready when it really wasn’t because the guy had not been working on it very long but we were tired of waiting so long that we left. Then started looking at it and saw that they didn’t really vacuum it out at all. The only thing that I have to say about this is that it was very hot that day as well.

  I haven’t been here in a long time but I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. The manager has been there for ever. Still doing a great job. Best money I’ve spent cleaning my Jeep and didn’t have to do anything but wait on the couch. Great experience. Clean inside and out. I think the last time it was this clean was when I bought it in 2018. True story.

  I took my truck here this afternoon. I was so impressed with the young man that worked on my truck. No one has ever worked harder to clean my vehicle. He worked on it like it was his own truck to the point it was in showroom condition when I left. Thank you courtesy car wash and especially the guy that made a real difference in going the extra steps.. I’ll be back.

  Definitely not the greatest place….bugs still on front of car …undercarriage not cleaned and tire shine only on one spot on two tires. I paid for more for all of this to be done. The people there don’t even look like they enjoy there job …just there to get a check. I won’t be back

  I went thru the wash here the evening of 12/3/2019 in my 2018 Grand Cherokee, which prior to this trip was in immaculate condition. After receiving service here, I was left with this 3 inch long – deep scratch just under the rear glass. I’m fairly certain that the guy who uses the broom-like brush to scrub the vehicles prior to entering the wash caused this damage when he was scrubbing it. He struck the Jeep so hard that my 9 year old even commented on how hard he had hit the car with his brush. I brought this to the attention of staff there and filed an incident report. After several calls to Courtesy Car Wash (the parent location), I finally heard from a manager named Paul who said he would work to help take care of this and assured me I wasn’t getting pushed aside. He stated another person would be contacting me after he reviewed the report. To date, Paul is no longer returning my calls and I have yet to hear from anyone else on the issue. Very disappointing, to say the least.

  It WAS perfect, now they have been bought by a Corporation that intends on MAKING IT BETTER and remodel it to another mechanism that has a brush bar over the top of vehicle that would tear vehicles up, say goodbye to your antennas, etc….when it’s already perfect as it is with the softer and gentle shamie method. Hand it to a CORPORATION that can’t leave it alone !! 🤬🤬🤬
  Now I’ll have to search again for a another Automated Truck Wash that will accommodate my Truck. S M D H

  I’m not really the membership type, but I just had to get one here. The service is amazing and the products leave my new car looking so shiny. I had to replace my membership sticker once and they immediately attended to me and replaced it in less than 2 minutes. They have strong vacuums and even stock up on free clean towels and products to wipe your car afterwards. Ask for their strawberry car scents because it smells so good! Definitely recommend this place if you want your car looking and smelling good.

  Usually no issues, but last 2 visits had a problem with wash not removing bird droppings from top covers of truck bed. And apparently the tire shine option not working. But I was told they were waiting on a part to fix it.

  Came here for a wash and did the full 30 dollar wash. Got half my windshield scrubbed of bugs, no scent that I was supposed to get and truck came out with so many dirty spots. At least vacuums worked good. Not happy with the wash.
