  I was a member of the Wash Club for a few months up until now. When going through the machine, I went through twice as I always do. When I was vacuuming my car and walking around while still there I noticed that my antenna from my car was missing. I asked one of the workers to check in the machine to see if it came off in there. I was informed that it did and it was blown off while I was going through the dryer part. I had never experienced this before and I’ve been there multiple times. They refused to take liability for it. I now may have to pay up to $700 for a new antenna and for someone to put it on.

  These guys are awesome! Free vacuum and not only does my car shine, but it smells so good on the outside. They keep everything clean and ready to go. The guys in the office are very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for a clean, safe place to take my car.

  After driving about 5 miles to get to this Car Wash (Xpress in Tyler, Tx)…. we were very disappointed to PAY for the Xpress Wash and Added Tire Shine and NOT Receive that! “CLASSY” left with Lotion on Top of DIRTY feet!!!

  The automated carwash did a good job. The free vacuums are very good. I paid for the ultimate but it is not possible to know if you get what you paid for. The steady stream of customers puts 2-3 cars in the wash at the same time.

  Xpress car wash was my go to place to get my car washed. Stopped in there recently when I was back in town. Paid for the premium wash. Did not get quality wash. Pulled back through si they could stand behind their work. Was denied a rewash. Quality, and managers attitude is unacceptable. I will not return. There are many respectable car washes in the area, this isn’t one of them.

  I had been a customer for three years. The pics. attached are at the exit of the South Broadway location. A previous customer took out the exit sign, and the manager left the base and four 1/2 bolts sticking up out of the curb. With the sign missing it is very easy to run over the curb as you can see by the tire marks over the curb. I admit I drover over the unmarked curb, I feel this is negligence of the property owner to mark a hazard. With that being said $1090.00 later and a phone call saying that they are not responsible I have cancelled my wash membership and will never put my vehicle on the property of these non responsible people.

  Deserve no stars. Had a judgemental and racist experience. First time trying the service. Harassment with threatening to call the cops, Over my music I’ve asked two elderly women about it they said it was not loud at all. Bs in some people just won’t cease. Stereotyping people

  Absolutely the best car wash in Tyler. The monthly membership is the only way to go. Wash every single day if you want. My car stays clean now. Staff at Broadway is very courteous and professional. I can’t recommend this car wash enough.

  18 bucks for a platinum wash that doesnt even last 60 seconds and leaves your car dirty. Vacuums may be free but they scratch up your interior and pull your carpet fibers. If you care about your car I highly recommend avoiding this place.

  The interaction with the manager, Ben at Splash n Dash was terrible. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive when we noticed scratches all over the hood and roof of my Cadillac Escalade. Scratches that he claimed came from a tree, which doesn’t even make sense. He called my husband a liar and said he could guarantee it didn’t happen there, also no soap came out when my truck was being washed.

  He stated the wash selection didn’t come with soap, only at the beginning. I don’t know what that even means. I don’t recommend you taking your vehicle here because if something happens you will not get a pleasant response from management. I do plan on getting my quotes and see what the outcome is. But definitely a one star experience.

  My car stopped twice in the wash and I did not get the wash I paid for. I asked the attendant and he stated there has been problems with it so he got the manager. The manager was immediately rude telkikv me I got the wash I paid for and that my car stopped only once, which is not true. He made no eye contact and overtalked me the whole time. He applied tire shine and walked off. I got the $15 wash and did not get what I paid for.

  We used the car wash on WSW Loop 323 by IHOP, the wash put a huge gash/scratch down the driver’s side of my truck. I took my concern and damage report to the manager. He was a complete a**hole, told me that the damage couldn’t have possibly been caused by his wash, and most certainly was because I had run into something, he was very disrespectful, obnoxious, and kept interrupting me. My truck had no damage prior to entering the wash but was damaged when it came out He got up in my husband’s face and was shouting at him. There is over $1600 damage to my vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CAR WASH! IT’S NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!
