  Car wash itself does a good job. However, part of what they offer is towels service to dry your car post wash. The last 3 times I have been here, there are either only dirty towels or none at all. When I asked, I was told by the first employee that it “isn’t their fault” and it doesn’t matter what I am paying for. Second employee was incredibly nice and professional but claimed they had not one single towel on premise because customers take them. I find that hard to believe they have none. When I asked if my membership would be discounted since I’m not getting the services I am paying for, I was told no. I have a problem with being on auto pay for a service, then never getting the service I subscribed to and pay in full for monthly.

  The washes are fairly priced and the amenities to clean your vehicle are great. What i really dislike is that if you subscribe to their monthly plan, there’s no way to manage it online.

  I asked for a statement of charges to confirm what I’m paying every month and they told me to check my bank account.

  I always like going here with my son to wash my car. This time my front license plate got bent through the wash. I’m a little upset that happened. However I recommend people with out a license plate frame not to go through unless you want a damaged plate in your vehicle. I’m not totally sure if I want to go back through there again if I get any more damages to my car. I don’t care if they won’t be responsible with their own equipment tearing up our vehicles. However be mindful where you go otherwise you might have to go through a brushless carwash or wash the car yourself.

  Another person told me the same thing about some damage to her car. I give that place a two star place now since that happened.

  Sorry to say I may take my business somewhere else where I do get a damaged vehicle or license plate.

  I never was one for car washes maybe stop by any random one between 1-2 a year. I made a stop at rocket and have made it a regular thing to stop to my washes, the employees are super welcoming and kind. I had a couple try and offer me a membership but never gave it thought, but I caved with Mia. It’s got to be the best investment not only is my car clean all the time, I’ve gotten to know Mia and her coworkers better such as Ben and Tyson, making it more than a wash, an experience:)

  Affordable car washing service in Twin Falls. Pickup was incredibly dirty, therefore they let me run it through the wash a couple of times to get the dirt and bugs off. They provided clean towels for drying afterwards and vacuums worked well to clean the interior.

  Great car wash. Always have fresh towels and the vacuums work good. Sometimes they have some with low suction and you have to move to another spot but that is rare. They also have a wash for your floor mats and it’s FREE!!!, but make sure it’s the flat kind of mats. They also have interior wipes if you ask. If you like washing your car a lot then I highly recommend getting unlimited washes plus you don’t have to get a full year with it.

  I am writing to commend the exemplary service I receive at my Epic Car Wash location in Twin Falls, ID.

  I have carwash memberships for my two vehicles and wash my cars a minimum of eight times a week, so I am there everyday with one car or another.

  Without exception, I am received at the gate by a friendly, competent, happy and accommodating Epic Team Member every time I wash my car(s).  This location’s staff is so professional, I have to write to let your company’s management and owner know.

  Sometimes there are minor issues with equipment (vacuum clogs, etc.) and my concerns are  always addressed immediately, again, without exception by every single associate.

  I own a business, myself, and can only hope that my employees always treat my customers the way your employees treat me.

  Great car wash been using it since they began opening locations Why the low rating? IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone on the phone at their corporate office or at any store or through their online form. So I’ve been paying extra every month for a year because my multi car discount isn’t in their system. Last time I called the corporate number they picked up the phone and then attempted to hang up without saying anything. Except they didn’t so instead I listened to the phone voice around and then listened to two people have a conversation. Every other time I’ve called they simply don’t answer. I’ve asked at a location why? They informed me the owners don’t even answer the phone when they call? I put my request in their online little deal and still have not heard from or received my discount. What’s up guys?

  I almost didn’t purchase the “unlimited” car washes but the free month persuaded talked me into it. (SERIOUSLY who doesn’t like a freebie). I wanted to know if it was worth the money before I canceled before the actual monthly billing started. I’m happy I did. I use Tommy’s Express Car wash several times a week. Twice in one day as a matter of fact after I returned from a trip and my car was covered with bug splash, an employee encouraged me to run it through again to remove what the initial wash didn’t get the first time. Sadly my car is not garaged and is parked under a maple tree and needs washed continuously. I would recommend using the monthly plan. I purchase the *works* along with free vacuum and micro towels. I haven’t used the free floor mat washer yet but see a lot of others using it.
  Employees are always keeping the place clean and I’m always greeted with a smile which of course is a huge plus!!

  Tommy’s staff is excellent. Donald the owner is involved with operations and customers. The building looks great. I’m a little biased, I helped build it. I ran my Subaru through, and was offered a free second run to get insect debris off the windshield. Our car was damaged at Rocket Car wash. Tommy’s staff made sure our car was safe. We made it through with no damage and a clean car. Highly recommended.
  I have a sub at Tommy’s. These guys are good. Be a lot cooler if they let my wife’s Subaru pass through once a month to share the love and blessings.

  Tommy’s Express is the best car/truck wash in Twin Falls by far. The manager and all the staff are always friendly, and polite. It’s a very quick and efficient car/truck wash. The car/truck washing equipment and detergents always do an excellent job on my vehicles. The vacuums, which there are plenty of and more than enough room between them, are very powerful and the mat washing machines (2) do a super job on even the dirtiest mats. They also have very reasonable pricing with single wash and unlimited monthly wash prices for a quick wash to a super everything wash.

  It was my first time so I wasn’t quite sure how it worked. The cashier was amazing and so extremely helpful which made me feel at ease. I’ll be back and I’m planning on buying the unlimited washes. My car looks great.

  I love Tommy’s express car wash. It does a great job on your car, pickup truck etc that will fit. For $20.00 you can go as many times as you want!!! I have gotten their lowest price and does a excellent wash job.
