  Went there today and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. With the added water spots it may actually be dirtier than before I went (even paying extra for spot free rinse). The tire shine was sloppily applied and the rims are still filthy. The bird poo and bug spots were also still there. It didn’t even remove the basic dust and grime as you see in the photos. So very disappointed. I will not be going back that’s for sure. The “under new management” is a flop.

  My car was extremely dirty from a trip up in the mountains, completely covered in dirt and salt. Needed to get it cleaned asap so I gave this location a shot and left extremely satisfied. The first run through the wash didn’t really do the job because I drive a Jeep Wrangler and the brushes couldn’t reach the curves, but after talking to the manager, Ric, he personally went out of his way to send my car through again cleaning it up to perfection. Thank you Ric!

  Employees are always super friendly and ready to help with any problems you might have. I love how they give my car a quick scrub before I enter the wash. It really helps remove bug guts and bird poo. They also change up the air freshener card scents pretty frequently, so there’s always something new to enjoy. We have a family subscription and always leave happy. Keep up the good work, guys!

  After the change in management I returned. Purchased the monthly package and I have been pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful. A remarkable change.

  In 2021- Poor wash and tire shine. Even worse customer service. Would not apply tire shine by hand after their machine failed to do so. Wouldn’t let the car go through again. Even more, 10 days have lapsed without a response to my complaint about this issue through their website. Our relationship has ended. Don’t use this place.

  It was the worst experience ever. I have a 2022 with least than 1000 miles. My car was scratched all up and after reporting to Jesse, Brian and Chris no one has reached out to me. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

  We got a car wash here. And before we even went in the person leaned on our car and broke our front guard. He was very nice, apologized and said his manager, William Wingate, would give us a call and take care of it. He gave us the business phone number and said call if we didn’t hear anything within a few days since he was out of town. Staff took pictures of the vehicle and we left. That was Dec 2022. I called the manager upward of 5 times and left messages with no answer. I talked to the assistant manager and he said he would look into it and get back with me. Needless to say they never did as it is March 2023. So if you like no customer service, no honesty or integrity in a business, a lack of communication when promised and broken items on your car with no resolution or even an apology from management then this is your place. I will never to return to this establishment again. I can not and will not be a patron of a business that does not value my hard earned money enough to even offer a phone call.

  This is my go-to car wash wherever I am in town. On this visit I was on the west side of town and use that location. It was kind of crowded because it was the holiday but the guys were working very fast and of course we’re very friendly.

  The attendant was very helpful paying attention to my vehicle that had been parked under a tree for 2+ months, full of leaves, etc. I appreciated her efforts.

  Great car wash for a good price. I think I’ll get the monthly membership because it was so good. The vacuums worked well at the end, they came free with the wash. Towels are also provided to wipe the inside glass or anything else. Great customer service too! Glad I found this gem. Highly recommend!!!

  Oasis is consistently on it’s A game. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous, and the premises is clean and welcoming. I was hesitant about that $20 a month, but it is without a doubt worth it. I come here 4-6 times a month, and have NEVER had a problem. There’s a reason why you see their fragrant rear-view mirror tags on the majority of the cars in town.

  Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and excellent car wash. Management is impressive compared to the last manager. Purchased basic wash after being offered a ceramic and that was a big mistake. Chris met me in the parking lot and offered a rewash. He gave me a $27 wash and afterwards I was amazed.
