  The people here were fabulous, of course. I’m beginning to think that all the folks around here are like that. The dude at the window took the time to explain the whole process and the options to me since I was a newbie and I really appreciated that! It’s pretty cool how it drives your car through without crashing into the one ahead of you LOL

  With that being said, I took my baby Prince through this car wash yesterday and it came out with dried on yellow spots all over it. The dude that came out a couple vehicles behind me did NOT have that problem so I don’t know what happened. He also had a black vehicle so they would’ve been obvious and he thoroughly checked after seeing my mess. I spent an hour carefully scrubbing off the spots I could reach and they came off with a bit of elbow grease. After that my baby was gorgeous again and super shiny. I managed to take a pic of the spots I was too short to reach but look at the shine on my Prince!! I did appreciate the free vacuums for sure. Not sure if it makes any difference but I got the $20 package—can’t remember what the dude called it. I noticed they had a separate line for app users which was cool. I believe you can pay for a subscription kinda deal here.

  I am just really unsure about this place to be honest. If I had time to scrub spots off again I’d probably give it another shot if I’m back in the area. It could have been a fluke. Who knows?!

  I brought a brand new car purchased just a week ago to this car wash. I was left with hundreds of scratches, called swirl marks, all over my hood. This occurs when the equipment is not adequately cleaned.

  It has been a devastating experience. I encourage others to avoid this business.

  I have used several washes in the area and this one is by far my favorite! I feel like the other washes don’t clean the back of my car and this one does. Everyone is great, but I always seem to encounter Bailey. She has the brightest smile and offers free wipes and air fresheners- Who doesn’t want free stuff! 10/10 recommend!

  I really like this car wash because of its location. The employees that work here seems to be very polite. The only real complaint I have is the water pressure and the angle of the tips that spray water. I seem to have to go to another car wash to rinse off the extra soap that don’t come off before I leave.

  Love this car wash. The staff are awesome. My daughter came to visit me from Texas. Her car needed bath. So we went there. She loved it too. The free cleaning of the car mats, the great vacuum etc.

  Update: to the owner. I am from more north Arkansas and was passing through and stopped for this service. Customers should not have to take an extra step to check after a wash, the expectation is the car is clean now that I’ve gone thru the autowash. My review was intended to spark a conversation on your end as to why they only sprayed HALF the vehicle before the autowash. I’d also comment that the spinners in the wash didn’t even touch the vehicle, and that could be the issue. My wife noticed that part and said she’d never seen spinners do “so little.” Room for improvement.

  This is what they call clean? Well… I think not! Terrible service. Fella spraying the soap wash on before the rolling car wash part, only sprayed the driver side!! Two other associates were just standing nearby and chatting, apparently they get paid to chat. Slackers! Waste of $15 and never again. Only took 2 pictures but be known the whole car looks this bad

  Was greeted by a worker named Jacob who explained in brief but useful detail the options available ultimately helping lead to the wash that i wanted. with quick and easy service i was in and out in no longer then 20 minutes. got my car to the state that i wanted it after a long time without a cleaning. super happy with the results for the money i spent!

  Zips car wash in general is great at most locations. This location however needs some major work and upgrades. The car wash is broken and not working 30% of the time… half the vacuums don’t suck enough to even pick up the pebbles or grass from my car. And the vacuums always yank off the hose and you have to try to reattach it all.

  My favorite part was the vacuum cleaners that actually worked and had some power. Good job to them on that front. 1 or two areas on the car seemed to be left untouched by the scrubbing tower things, but it did the job for a decent price. Perfectly acceptable car wash.

  Great place to get a quick car wash and vacuum. I like the small towels that are available. Always clean and well maintained. If something is not working, they ask for you to report it so they can work on it. I’ve had a membership for years.

  The car in front of me got stuck on the track. There was only one attendant there, and he was talking to another customer. I almost rear ended the person in front of me. There needs to be at least 2 people working at a time. Had I not yelled at him, there would have been a collision. Also, they need to not have people come into the car wash so close together. Luckily I didn’t come in when he was ushering me in, and I waited. I mean since they are not liable for collisions within their cash wash, then they should take more measures to make sure that it doesn’t happen.

  Never does every station in the wash work!! Be prepared to move your vehicle several times if you want to vacuum the entire vehicle! It’s laughable how something is broke every single time I go!!

  I’ve used them several different times and I asked every time for them to spray my wheels and they’ll do one and that’s it. I usually have to go through their wash twice in order for my vehicle to get clean.

  Awesome place for a wash and even better for vacuuming the interior of your car. Every time I pull in and see Daniel Nunez working, I leave a happy man!
