  My battery was defective and couldn’t be found on system unless I had a receipt lucky me I found it and they refund it but they did not give me my battery core back stating it was included I said no but you can’t win I’m just going to leave it like that they can keep the core the even gave me a hard time to even validate the warranty this store used to be one of my favorites I know autozone can go back on the system more than 11 years for fact, be ware. Yes no problem thank I paid $160.42 I only got back $148.00 so they kept my core.

  Not bad have what I need usually on hand so no overnight wait usually. The store doesn’t look like it is dirty but I can see the floor needs to be refinish and I think it would be nice if everything was a bit better organized than it is currently. Still doesn’t seem to have any time effects when I have looked for the stuff I wanted. Staff is fine and don’t have anything else to say about that.

  The automatic car wash is ok – they have an attendant there to pre scrub.

  The self service sucks. It’s confusing as hell and adds up quick and you’re running around each side figuring out which gun to use.

  Have been using this manual car wash for almost 18 years now. It’s needs more attention in it’s maintenance (mostly insuring that the soaps, de-greasers, pre-wash chemicals, and especially the “No Spot Rinse” are filled). It’s literally hit or miss some days. The several times I’ve made use of the automatic car wash side of things (like today) has always been solid for me, happy with the results. The manual side of car wash bays are sliding though, simply not keeping up regularly with filling the chemical tanks, or else something mechanical is broken with them, or something else. The last time using the “Spot Free Rinse” (about a month ago) left difficult to-remove water spots all over, and “Spot Free” was run for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on my second wash pass. Haven’t used the vacuums. I’ll keep using this car wash unless it degrades more, overall happy enough with it.

  Our car was filthy because Google sent us through the gravel roads of the National grasslands.

  The young man who cleaned our car before the automatic washer did a fantastic job.

  They take credit cards but have some cash for a tip.

  After parking our car near the sprinklers over night, with the wind blowing all night the hard water left a heavy film on the car and the window washer fluid was not able to clean the windshield so we tried the car wash. It was a waste of time and money, the soap just will not clean off the hard water spots. We went to Menards for some Lime-Away, that worked for getting rid of the water spots. I know that the car wash should not be held responsible for the hard water, but It is my opinion that they should use some soap that will clean the water spots off of the car.
