  I keep the monthly membership here and have for some years. The car wash is as good as can be expected for an automatic wash, but the staff- the staff make this the best car wash in town. They are friendly and efficient, and when they notice my kids in the backseat, sometimes they will soap their windows and draw them a heart or a smiley face. It’s the little things, ya know? Major thanks to Destiny, Marcos, Adrian, and Juice- many thanks for your steady and courteous service!!!

  Best car wash I have ever been to! I was assisted by Adrian and he helped to make sure my car was really clean. The first run through the car wash hadn’t gotten the back of my car, but he allowed me to go through again to make sure everything was sparkling. Amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!

  I’m here at Speedy every day, sometimes two or more times. I drive for a luxury car service here in Santa Fe and our cars must be immaculate. These guys make this possible.
  There have been times that something was left on the car or it just didn’t get clean… no problem, these folks will make it right.
  The fact that they have free vacuums and mat washer are a huge plus. Great staff too.

  I have had nothing but good experiences each time I have visited.
  I am up from Virginia in Santa Fe for the Winter. A few weeks ago after one of the snowfalls I HAD to get the car washed. I was driving down Cerrillos on Saturday and saw Speedy Shine Car Wash. So I stopped in to check out the car wash to make sure none of the equipment might damage my car. The place was crazy busy, all 3 lanes full and cars in line winding down the block. Since I was going to be here for a couple of months I decided to get the monthly pass, but there was no one in the office.
  The entire crew was out working their @@ses off. Adam noticed me, stopped what he was doing, handed the job to one of the others and came over to help me. He explained what the monthly pass provided and set me up with the monthly pass. He was very apologetic because they had no windshield sticker but told me I could just bring in my receipt each time. I have been there 4 times since and each time the staff has been helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. I even got to meet “Ace” a few days ago .

  Got my car washed here and the machine broke my car. Many workers and managers admitted that the machine was the issue and they said they would fix the car. It’s been over 2 months now and they have not made arrangements. I’ve spoken to stone and the general manager and they both told me that they would call me back to make arrangements and they have yet to call me back. I call a couples times a week and it seems that they have my number on a do not answer list it seems this way because prior to there false commitment they would always answer my calls.

  After the previous review, the issue was made right by the company and the car is now in good working order. I have changed my scoring from 1 to 5 starts because the company was willing to make things right.

  So funny when you pull up. They start selling as soon as you open your window. But say they are not salesmen, that’s hilarious!!! A simple oil change turns into having to take a loan out to pay for the non-sales service. All the add-ons add up. And they push for as much as they can get out of you. But their nit salesmen… An $80 oil change turned into over $200, but they are not salesmen. Then after spending that huge amount, they offer you a $13 exterior wash. With spending that kind of money, your vehicle should be detailed inside and out.

  I’ve been using oil stop for almost two years and they truly stand out. I had a problem with my tires not holding pressure after an oil change and a team member came to my rescue, took two tires off my car, filled them with air and brought them back so that I wouldn’t have to get a tow and could make it home safely. The valve caps had malfunctioned and released all of the air from two of my tires. If it hadn’t been for Andy’s help I would have really struggled to resolve the issue quickly.

  Quick service , business is busy and are Covid-safe with not being to overly crowded there is a little wait in line but once you get your car in the wash and see it come out on the other end the results are Worth the wait!! They do a detail precise job at cleaning the interior of your vehicle so the way is worth it if you want to have a really nice exterior and interior design that desirable for the streets!

  The car wash is fine. The employees who dry and vacuum the vehicles are top notch. They are professional and do a thorough job most of the time. But, someone really needs to maintain their website. Their website lists car wash prices, specials, and coupons that are no longer valid. Website says ‘Buy 3 Car Washes, Get 1 Free”. Nope. Coupon on website for $5 off any car wash with no expiration date. Nope. The person at the counter just said, “Yeah, that stuff on the website is all wrong. We don’t do that anymore.” It’s 2023. Please either update your website or take it down. Frustrating.

  Exterior of car was clean. Interior still covered in dust, crumbs, dog hair. Dash panel dusty. Didn’t have staff available to steam clean mats. Disinterested in providing quality service.

  For the little bit of time spent at this location, the staff did a great job getting my office cleaned today. Not a terrible price for what was done, wish I’d been coming to this location more often. I will saw the automatic wash could do better on front end cleaning. Would have been a 5-star review at that point.

  Wasn’t too long for an inside and out job. But for the most expensive wash the job was not at all what I was expecting. Dust still on all edges and corners of my interior. They didn’t wipe down my front seats. I washed my front mats before I got there trying to make it easier. They just wiped off my rear mat instead of washing it. I gave it an extra star because they had a pretty cool dog inside.

  Aggressive behavior driving up, guy said I had to pay 75 for car wash included shampooing upholstery, I explained I didn’t want shampoo just wiping down, he said that was not included in car wash. It turns out they sort of wiped it down, tires still dirty, overall mediocre for 35. I will not go back nor recommend.

  THES GUYS STEAL!!! I keep change in a cup in my center console to help people at stop lights sometime. I know I had 14 bucks in ones and a five as I had just received it at a business before going to the car wash. There was plenty of things over the cup, so they must have been digging. I left and went straight home as I don’t live in town, as I got home, some local kids were selling some things for a fundraiser, I went for the change and it wasn’t there. Heads up! Watch out for these thieves! So much for trusting people. I bought the Elvis package and they did a so so job. NEVER AGAIN!

  Except for my dashboard the interior was still dirty. I paid extra for a truck, but the tailgate didn’t appear to have been touched. The exterior windshield still had the bird and bug stains as when I arrived. I will not use this service again. They are no better than a MUCH CHEAPER self-serve car wash.
