  First time coming to this hand wash shop.

  Here is my feedbacks:

  👎 Although this location is located on corner lot, uneasy access to get into entrance.

  👎 The drive through is always packed with cars in early morning.

  👎 Over price for basic wash service ~ $39.99.

  👎 Interior was not fully vacuum, there were still debris found in my car after wash. Incomplete job done.

  Overall, most likely will not return for another car wash.

  So, I came to this place because I’ve heard so many great things about it. My sisters and sister and law both have the monthly membership. Our family truck is black, so I am very particular about where I take it. We took our truck here today, and even bought the membership. I must say, I am very very disappointed in the quality. When I picked up the truck, I could immediately see the mud on the door handle, the dust and water spots in the hood, and the interior has mud on the mats. The service included an interior cleaning! So I tipped them $5 bucks and the guy stood there as if expecting more. Lol

  The place is busy but the cleaning is good, the staff is friendly. I am giving 5 stars because the service is very fast and waiting area is convenient and entertaining.

  A Friend of mine recommended classic car wash and it was not a good at all. I tried 2 different locations and they still get a thumbs down. The lady who signed me up for the membership was dishonest and basically lied for more money, I don’t know maybe she gets a cut of the claybar wax. Would not recommend. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  I have a 2015 Subaru Outback and come to here for years. I had a transmission fluid change service was performed on 3/21/2022 by Oil Changers. However it caused severe issues on my car. I had to call a technician to do a diagnostic check and it turns out it’s because the transmission fluid fill plug is missing and transmission fluid leaked out.

  After the service on 3/21, I started a road trip so I drove another ~3000 miles with transmission fluid leaking. When I realized the issue (white smoke on highway, oil leak, car shifting issue) on 4/3 morning I was in the middle of my road trip and because it was Sunday and no auto repair shop opened. So I have to drive home via local for 7+ hours. The technician highly doubts the car is badly damaged. I will have to tow my car to the Subaru dealer to have it fixed. I don’t think I will go back for any of the service.

  I really enjoy coming here. This is where I go regularly and they do a fantastic job. It’s pretty popular place I believe and it’s quick and I always receive great service Roberto and Elliot to help me out last time. They give great service and always very kind when I come I usually see Roberto most of the time but I will you help me out mostly this time I really appreciate the kindness. I will be coming here often as I started coming here last year. Customer service is exceptional.

  Super fast, professional, courtesy, and polite. Sean was a gentleman and made us feel taken care of. Victor was FAST and efficient. We got our oil changed in under 30 min and felt that they did a good and thorough job.

  This time Miguel did an awesome job on all necessary checkouts on my engine cleaning, oil change and filter changes without any rush and very focused. So happy about his professional and great work!

  Quick in and out. Your standard drive through car wash. This place offers free vacuum in the drying area. If you’re here for the first time, the line for free vacuum is confusing. Once you get your vacuum station, people really seem to take their time. If you have a custom paint job, you know NOT to wash your car here or any other places.

  Very good experience first time using their services after reading reviews. Their automatic wash tunnel is quick and you’ll be out in few mins with good enough wash. Then there are free self service vacuums and towels outside for an amazing finish.

  Reasonable price. Cool lights. All they need is an app with music and more sound effects to compliment the rest of the show.
  Edit: It’s worth noting that we had to scrub some spots of our car and vacuum ourselves, and the towels should be replaced more frequently. The clean and dirty bins were both dirty. Separate the dirty bin so customers put the dirty towels In The Dirty bin!

  One of the best automatic car washes in the South Bay, have been going here for atleast 3 years and the service has been on point and the car gets cleaned as per the expectations.
  Sometimes dirt on the wheel doesn’t get completely cleaned, in that case reps were helpful for getting me another round of wash.
  Look out for deals:
  Tuesday’s: $3 off of their basic wash
  Wednesday’s: buy one and get one wash free but should be redeemed in next 2 weeks.
  Thursday’s: $7 off of their top wash($30 original price and $23 after discount)

  I really like this car wash. You pick the wash you want at a drive up kiosk and an attendant stands by for any questions.
  The self vacuums are included in the wash price and they offer towels and cleaners for your use.
