  Overpriced and doesn’t clean very well. Left a lot of the car dirty and there is no way to dry off the car after the wash tunnel. Tried finding someone to talk to but no one answered the phone or was at the customer service booth. Pretty disappointed.

  Pretty good spot to get your car cleaned. There’s an automated car wash which does a pretty good job compared to most other automated car washes out there. It’s like an assembly line with multiple stations and a line of cars all going in at once. One of the washers on the drivers side wasn’t functioning when I went in today so the drivers side got a little less clean than the other side.

  There is room to self clean your car as well, with coin-operated vacuums. It’s $3 for 3 minutes, and it feels quite like a race against time to vacuum as much as possible while you’re on the clock so it can get a little stressful.

  Overall, it gets the job done even though it can take a little effort with the self-cleaning.

  This is a drive-through car wash. They always do a good job at reasonable prices. If you pay for three car washes in advance, you get one for free, a total of four car washes. Pay self-vacuum cleaners are available.

  Service and membership is great just don’t try to cancel your membership! For the last 3 months I’ve attempted to cancel my membership and convieniently the system doesn’t recognize my account number and I’m prompted to expect a call from a representative.

  Spoiler alert, that call never comes. I’ve followed up with phone calls, when prompted to leave a message by pressing 8, I’m sent in circles and back to the welcome message.

  I’ve submitted at least 3 emails on the contact us form – all of which have gone… YOU GUESSED IT…. UNANWSERED.

  I’m now disputing 3 months of charges with my bank and have to order a new card.

  I had the worst experience here. Unlimited car wash subscription was a scam. As it doesn’t let you wash even twice on the same day. So it’s in no way ‘unlimited’. They did not let me cancel and refund the subscription when I asked then to cancel right away.

  It was way better than other car wash places around this area. I did a deluxe package. They vacuumed the interior and all the pet hair is gone now(they didn’t charge me extra for this whereas many places charge extra). My car now shines gorgeously. You can see how mirror-shining my car is in the photo. They cleaned inner glasses, seats, and wheels too. Very satisfied and will visit for the next car wash.

  Pretty average service for the price. Left a few dirty spots both in the interior and exterior and the fragrance included into their “executive” wash was not provided. You can find better service for $55 for sure.

  I’ve been coming to tower car wash for years but today will most likely be my last time. After waiting 30 minutes past open for them to figure out how to start intaking customers, I received a very sub par car wash with visible, removable spots up to 1” still remaining on my windshield, roof, and rear windows. If you’re going to keep increasing prices, service and quality need to keep up. Very disappointed.

  One personal experience and 2 observations.
  1. On the experience, unless everyone on that day opted for the Exec Car Wash package as I did, otherwise, there didn’t seem to be any difference between one wash to the next, and to be frank, I wasn’t really that impressed with this $60 wash.
  2. 1 customer of theirs, supposedly a regular as he claimed, told his family he would never go there again after years of usage. Don’t know why exactly but it may have been something about mis-pricing.
  3. I asked if it was possible for them to apply Rain-X for me as an additional courtesy, the answer was a straight NO.
  So that will be my first and last time using this service.

  Brought rental car here after Burning Man. Package was $379.99 total. Wait to have car done was roughly 3 hours. Had to do multiple walk arounds for both interior and exterior issues (including full dirt chunks in the back seat). For a regular wash, one may expect it, but for a $379.99 detail job, it was disappointing.

  I really like this “Do it yourself” car wash.
  It’s open 24 hours. There’s 3 regular stalls that are enclosed and 1 open mini-express.
  Usually everything is in working order. There’s an on-site employee who’s there during regular hours… And of course there’s vacuums and enough space to finish drying your car. The reason I gave it 4 stars is bcuz it’s usually kinda crowded and that particular corner, (intersection), is very windy and has heavy traffic. But $5-$10 total is a way better bargain!!!

  There aren’t many self serve car washes in SF, so this place is very popular. However, the brushes are old and worn down and the vacuum tubes are either missing or damaged.

  They finally upgraded the pay boxes at each station, so much more manageable. Also to get the tokens (it only uses their tokens) is much easier. Better to go early in the morning on a weekend. It is fairly popular. Only the of the 4 vacuum stations was working though.

  $4 for a quick rinse/ $2 for a 5 minute vacuum. Make sure you dry car off by hand because the hard water leaves spots. Ok for pricey SF and if you just take 2 minutes to read the information at the token booth there are no surprises. They have some machines that take quarters but tokens are easy to get and the manager is quick and helpful with change or if there’s a problem.
