  Love this car wash. First drive through wash that thoroughly gets the waxing and drying down. I like the way rain beads down my windshield so I know they are using product and not just something watered down. Would recommend. I don’t detail my car any more.

  I had a years pass. They scratched the hood of my car BADLY. I reached out to customer service and they told me basically there’s no way to prove it was from their machine. NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Go ANYWHERE else besides RAINSTORM.
  I’m a widowed mother of 2 children so I must watch every dime and the fact their machines ruined the hood of my car and they did NOTHING about it says exactly how they really feel about their customers.

  I’m so disappointed that they continue to not have towels to dry cars. What’s the point of getting the car wash if you can’t dry your door jams and wipe off your windows and mirrors. I use four different locations in Bloomington, Normal and Peoria because I live near three and work near one and the Peoria location is the only one I’m dis-satisfied with

  The car wash is simply great. It does what it is supposed to. Was a little skeptical about this car wash since I have a convertible with soft top but was impressed after the first wash. Took the fast pass which is a better option instead of a single wash. The free vacuums are powerful and they even have the carpet and mat cleaner. This is my go to car wash going ahead.

  For the kind of money you spend for a car wash you would think your car would be close to being clean but it isn’t. My whole front end and mirrors were so full of bugs it didn’t even look like it went through the car wash. They don’t pressure spray at the beginning of the wash to start the soaking process. About a half hour after the car wash I went to the hatch and there was a big scratch plus a chip on the hatch, not good!!! I know the scratch is hard to see but you should be able to if you blow it up. Don’t think I will be going back there.

  I know it’s not a photo of the car wash itself, but of my van after going through. I pay for the monthly subscription and drive through every time I’m in the area. For my business it’s a no-brainer expense to have our vehicles looking presentable every time we show up to a meeting with a customer. Well done True Blue, keep it up!

  The hourly employees were fine but the assistant manager and owner takes the customer for granted they are rude the owner hung up on me because I asked him to remove the sticker from my window. He then went on to tell me that he is on vacation so I can go to the store and do it myself. The assistant sits in the office in air why we sat at the door for at least 10 minutes before she came out to let us in that happened more than once that was my reason for canceling but to know that. The owner was ok with being mad at the customer for the service the assistant manager gave. Rainstorm should be ashamed to treat customers that way.

  Don’t use this car wash! I have had two vehicles damaged by this car wash. Both vehicles had the rear wiper ripped off and the manager Chris Mullins gives you the run around for getting anything repaired. Very bad customer service!

  Nice car wash is definitely my favorite in the area and the cheapest wash is only $7. Comparable to a couple of the other car washes this is a really great price! I had actually just got back from vacation and drove at night so I had bugs all over the front of my car she spent the extra time spraying off my car in the front and putting on a pre-soaked before I went through the carwash and I really appreciated that! This is definitely going to be my go-to car wash!

  I have been a member of the ultimate Package and after just 5 washes I have accumulated multiple 2+ inch finger nail deep scratches that are irreversible.
  Now, I have really enjoyed this car wash and it’s vacuums. Yet, they seem to fail to keep their brushes and mops clean. I no longer trust this car wash and I am concealing said membership. They will not claim liability for any damages to your vehicle because of their expectation that this will occurs many times. Deeply disappointed. I am going to touchless washes for the rest of my car washing life.

  The difference between this auto car wash and others is that it moves your vehicle on a conveyor belt much like a slow moving treadmill. If you worry about your mag wheels getting banged up then this is the place for you. Clean amenities, and they even have a restroom you can use, but for the amount of money you pay for a full wash it should do a better job on cleaning the undercarriage.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, took my car for a wash and the back door didn’t open when the conveyor was done causing the car behind me to rear end me and now months later they keep telling me they turned it into their insurance and I have yet to hear anything! this caused 1400$ worth of damages and they are tryin to brush it under the rug. Thats not the business I would to support, we work hard for our vehicles and damages dine by their faulty door should be taken care of!
