  Staff was friendly, crews were very detailed (inside and out of my car), and my cars looked nice! I live in Emeryville and drove both of my Tesla’s to this area just to get them washed.

  I love these guys. They do a great job every time. I buy the unlimited monthly washes because it’s economical. If you buy two washes a month, you’ve basically paid for it, so it’s a good deal.

  Opted for $35 wash with $70 Carpet wash at High Street Car Wash. Very satisfied on the over all car wash. A few spot missed like corners of wheel where road, and break dust accumulated. Some dirt still on car seat seams. The employees seemed to really pay attention to their task at hand. Unlike Shoreline car wash. Lots of missed and overlooked areas while washing my car a month ago.

  I had an exterior wash and a headlight restoration done today. Absolutely no tape was put around any paint..
  When I notified the manager he walked over and told the spanish-speaking lady to wipe it off after..

  I would NOT take a vehicle with really nice paint here 🤷🤦🤦

  I have been searching for a reasonably priced car wash for a few weeks and I’m so happy I found this spot!

  I tried coming here at 2pm on a Saturday and the line wasn’t moving so I decided to try again at 9am on a Sunday. When I came back the car wash was broken. I decided to wait a few days and showed up on at 8am on a Thursday and drove right up! I can see why the line gets backed up as only one car can get washed at a time. I think it’s worth it to receive a great car wash at a reasonable price.

  The payment system even has a little “slot machine” game that plays and gave me $6 off a future wash. There is a sign that the car wash is also open from 7am-9pm. I’ll be returning in a few weeks!

  The guys at this location were super nice & helpful. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock so they ordered it in, but before they sent me on my way they checked & topped off all my levels including tire pressure/air at no charge. When I went back a week later the filter was there and they did a great job changing my oil. I won’t go anywhere else!

  Been three times, always a great experience. Knowledgeable staff who share their assessment and explain what they’re checking and where you’re at in terms of upcoming service needs. They’ve turned me away because my hybrid was telling me I needed an oil change but after checking, they saw I still had plenty of mileage left and wasn’t ready for a change. Honest and fair!

  Fuel injection cleaning was also done. I was informed that my coolant should be flushed as well. I will make a return visit for the latter service. The services we done promptly and efficiently. The staff were knowledgeable and treated me with excellent customer service.

  The oil change was performed quickly and the staff was very courteous and easy to deal with. Drove home, parked the truck in the driveway overnight and noticed 3 large, fresh oil spots in my driveway. Took the truck back to the Oil Changers and showed the staff a picture of the oil stains. They were apologetic about it. Checked under the truck and found no leaks. They stated it was residual oil from the filter that caused the oil leak. Rinsed the area off and it appears to have fixed it.
  Other than the oil stains in my driveway I had to clean up, I would say it was a good oil change and will most likely return for my next one.

  They charged me $40 for an inside & outside cleaning for a Honda HRV. The outside cleaning was not too bad – just like what your could do with your water host at home, and the inside was a superficial vacuum cleaning. Did them even spend 5 minutes on vacuuming it? The dusty spots were perfectly untouched.
  Avoid this place!!! Over charged, terrible service.

  It sounds like from the other reviews that they do a fine basic wash. Be very careful though as they cost us $400 in repairs to our wheels. They do not know what they are doing and were not professional in their response when this was brought up. They used a chemical cleaner on the wheels that acid etches brake dust on to wheels when left on too long. After we left, we stopped for food and noticed the issue immediately. We called them and they said to come in and they would check it out and see if they could do anything. When we came in they took one look and dismissed us, claiming that someone had spray painted the wheels. If this was true, you would expect to see paint on other parts of the car, where none was. They would not even refund us for the wash. We were very disappointed since we had just purchased this used car.

  First time I came here was great, $50 for inside and out my crosstrek. This time I had to haggle them down from $80 to $65. Not a great feeling when they should just have a set price for basic services. They do a good job.
