It was my first time to have my car carwashed here. Not worth of what i’ve paid. Interior vaccum not done properly. Tires dressing/polishing were not done at all though it was included in my payment (Gold? I dont think the color depicts for the expected services) Though there are many attendants. The supervisor should at least check the car if services were done properly before checking it out. It reflects low standard. You should do it slowly but surely. Customer’s payment should have commensurated on expected services.Totally disappointed.#reviewworkethics#trainyourpeople#thumbsdown#unsatisfied#hastemakeswaste😩😥😩

I love this place! They work super hard and are very kind and welcoming. My car is always sparkling clean inside and out, and it brings me joy!

I chose their platinum full service but very disappointed.
Did they vacuum inside? Did they wash exterior and interior throughly?
My expectation would be much higher then others
My Dyson vacuum cleaner would be better.

I had high hopes for this place given the amount of traffic I had seen at it, but my experience as a first-time customer was very disappointing. In additio. To the exterior wash, I lpaid for the interior to be vacuumed and the dash and console to be wiped down. Either their vacuums lack suction or they don’t make an effort. The floor and around the seats looked scarcely better than when I arrived. Some areas by the seats were not vacuumed at all nor was the rear of the vehicle. And this was a small economy sport utility, not a lot of ground to cover to get the job done. The exterior wash was adequate but there was no extra effort at drying the side mirrors. I would say this place does the absolute bare minimum to get your car clean. They seem more focused on moving you through as quickly as possible. One positive was the employees. All were nice.

Been here twice , and two times I’m disappointed. It’s like they barely even vacuumed. I told them I want everything done. Including my mats. I’m okay with extra, and nope. It wasn’t terrible when I brought it to then. I just needed it heavily vacuumed from a beach visit . I have weatherization mats so you’d think it was easier. Instead my windows have streaks, SOOO many water spots, and my third row seating wasn’t vacuumed. In fact, they were put down. The floor wasn’t done. Never again will I waste my money. It was “easier” since my baby was asleep, but its okay. Nothing wrong with doing it myself.

I would come in to wash my car sometimes 3x a week, I have always had the best experience and appreciate the efficient work done by the attendant and the amazing guys who dry the vehicle after the wash except for this last traumatic visit with an incident involving my vehicle.

I will never ever return nor refer anyone

Having employees who directly need to communicate with the customers should be fluent in English enough to maintain a credible and enjoyable experience while paying for the service being done.

This intense situation was completely due to the lack of communication.

Had them detail my sons Honda van. The detail job was great. The problem started when the van wouldn’t start when I came to pick it up. Some how they ran the battery down. After several minutes of them trying to jump start it without success due to their cables being faulty, I used my son’s cables that he had in the van. Finally got it running and left. However the check engine light was on and a break warning light was on. I got it home and called the car wash and spoke to the manager. While he was polite, but he refused to accept the possibility that the employees might have done something that would drain the battery. He put the blame on the vehicle. After talking a while I asked for the owner. I was assured he would call me back, as of this post I’m still waiting.

In the meantime I decided to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to see if it might reset something. Well it reset and cleared the warning lights. And it runs fine.

Luckily my son moved out of state and will never need to use this business again.

The only noticeable service they do is vacumming, this is by far the worst car wash I’ve been to, they are not humble nor treat your call well, they fake advertise by offering detail services, clay baring, scratch removal, polishing, etc, I payed for the best service they had here and I still had to let them know what was wrong with their service. I do not recommend this car wash at all, I have seen at least 5 people while I was waiting for my car, tell the employees supervisor to do their job right. Really bad service, if I could give 0 rating I defenetly would.

Excellent detail work! My daughter’s car looks better than new. And the customer service is above what is given anywhere else. I recommend Del Rey.

The place charges premium pricing and does the bare minimum. The team communication is poor. They drive too fast on the lot without any consideration for the vehicles. Front desk is not empowered to resolve any issues.

Orlando’s Self-Serve Car Wash

after many months and more bird dropping spot then I could count I decided to finally get my car washed. Lucky for me Orlando’s exist so I went here and was blown away. The power washer works really strong and the foaming brush is extra bubbly creating a lot of suds. I even had a guy come up and offer to sell me some weed because he was short and couldn’t afford to the car wash 10 out of 10 I will definitely be back here.

Most of the stalls were inoperable. $3.00 for 3 minutes. Quarter machine available. Barely worth your time.

i never write reviews. i’m specifically writing this to stop anyone else from making the mistake of coming here. it ended up being almost $15 for the most difficult self serve wash, there’s truly no help from the water pressure or the lame excuse for a brush. you spend more time getting change to reinsert than you do washing because the cycles last like 2 minutes. then wasted another dollar on the vacuum that didn’t work whatsoever. the most expensive wash i’ve ever experienced to still have a half dirty car.

It’s like playing Russian roulette with the vacuum machines it might work it might not, you never know. Over the years I’ve literally probably lost about $100 between washing and drying machines not working. I liked it because it’s open 24 hours and supports small local business.

Would the owner have any interest in selling the car wash? I’m very interested. Please contact me.
