  The young man who assisted me today was professional, quick, respectful & a great help.
  They did an excellent job on the trl.

  Worst customer service ever seen i went for the regular truck wash and they didn’t even wash my truck properly, I would avoid this business and encourage all those who might want to go there to find somewhere else to wash their truck if you guys still wanna go get your work done make sure they do it properly.

  Came here to get a truck and trailer wash. They refuse to get all the dirt off your rims, they say if the water don’t take it off it’s not are problem. Same with the trailer. Just let’s run water across it like that’s going to wash it. So is this how the CEO of blue beacon wash’s his azz? Just run water across it it will be clean. But at the same time we want $103.30 to wash your truck and trailer. Will never stop at another blue beacon. Mom and Pop truck wash’s do a way better job.

  They are in the process of switching companies. Never liked the fact that they put a brush on dry paint. I have a black car and it has a ton of scratches. I have to go get the car detailed somewhere to remove the scratches. I try to ask them to wet the car first but most of the time the guys feel like they don’t want to be there. No other carwash in town with multiple locations.

  Drove up to the attendant and told her wanted to focus on the butterfly splatter and the interior, she took a look at the front and interior and quoted 35.00. 30 minutes later a young man brings me the vehicle with stains on the headliner, partial vacuumed and no dressing on the interior. Exterior still has bugs on it. He asks how much I paid as I pointed it out and stated I did not pay enough. Got management involved, they got the bugs off the front but left the interior the same. First and last time I go here.

  Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to help you. Getting charged twice/mo. Location referred me to the website. Website-trash, calling their phone number- useless, texting the number provided in their prerecorded message – useless, FB comment and message- waste of time.

  High pressure soap, low pressure soak, air dryer, spot free rinse all not working. Wasted my money and my car is full of spots. Now I’m going to have to get it professionally washed to remove all the spots. Never again will I use this place. It’sa joke only high pressure rinse works
