  I took my brand new Kia Carnival to this car wash I haven’t even had it a month it’s brand NEW!!! And their car wash tore off a strip on the top of my car and bent it in the dryer. I let them try fixing it and they admit their machine did it and that they couldn’t fix it and then I get a call from a rude guy named Jordan who doesn’t even want to tell me his name or the bosses name but says there was previous damage so they won’t fix it!
  It’s brand new!!! He was extremely rude and me and my entire family are done doing business with them!

  I really like this car wash and the way it cleans. Of course not all systems are perfect so there are small spots that their system will miss.. but overall it’s the best automatic wash I’ve ever used and you can double back to hopefully hit the spots that were missed! I gave it 4 stars because customer retention doesn’t seem like a priority. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I’ve had times where this place made me curse..lol. long term investors like myself feel we should receive at least $5 off if using 2 vehicles on a membership with autopay..a free 3 months or something would be nice..a gift for your bday, interior detail package discounts or free even..a lot of things i could suggest..sometimes they’re closed with no warnings. I feel the app should have some notifications when the wash u use will be down for the day. Instead, i have to make a drive there only to find out they are closed for the day or closing early. But overall i really like the place.. wish i could give it 5 stars but missing perks almost gives it a 1 star.

  App simplicity is great, but when you get a free month and get to test out there best wash, it doesn’t look very good and leaves a lot of dirt and spots if the car hasn’t been washed In a while. Great staff, great app, free vaccumes each get a star, bad washing takes 2 stars away tho since that’s sorta the point

  Had the car washed but when I got home I saw that the back end was still very dirty. I call them and was told to bring it back the next day. This time it was very clean. Good customer service.

  Hometown feel with fantastic results. This has definitely been the best experience I have had at a car wash. For starters the staff is very professional and kind. They take notice of frequent visitors and ensure that your business is appreciated. The car wash itself provides fantastic results. I definitely recommend the ‘#1 The Works ‘, it has yet to disappoint. The amenities speak for themselves from floor mat cleaners to dual sided complementary vacumn. All included in every wash. Prices start around 8 bucks I believe with a detail kit at just 3 dollars (see pics). No hassel and stress trying to choose cleaning kits . Try it and you won’t be sorry.

  The guys at the Car Wash USA location in Corinth, MS do a great job of performing a needed service to the community. They stay covered up all the time, and I have never heard or seen any of them act in a manner that indicated they did not like their job or the customers. The manager is also a top notch guy as well.   When I left, I still had so much dirt and yuck plus a bunch of soap left on my car. I had to go find another car wash to try to rinse it all off. I noticed others leaving with soap running down the back as well. Had to try 3 different vacuums to find one that worked. So disappointed in the money and time wasted here.

  Normally, I don’t go to the car wash because they always scratch the paint on my car, well I took a chance today at take 5 car wash and Mr. Detrevian was of great help. He explained the packages and payments and also scrubbed the bugs off my car without scratching up my car. He was polite and patient even when I didnt understand the difference in wash packages. Will be returning. Highly recommend the one on Nettleton ave.

  I took my filthy truck through the wash intending to take it through twice just because of how dirty it was. The nice attendant met me at the payment kiosk and insisted that the second one was free–even when I told her my intentions she insisted that I be happy with the first wash. You can’t beat that kind of customer service!! 5 stars will use again.
