  Not anymore will I use this carwash! They robbed me of $70 and sold me a $15.99 wash for a month. This was really a membership that they failed to tell me nor did they mention that there’s a “NO” refund policy! Used twice for $85.99! Crazy and they don’t care that they did that! VERY VERY unprofessional!

  The car wash itself is fine, however, the employees are excellent. The employees have always been helpful and extremely friendly. I usually stop in once or twice a week with a company car, and each time they always have something nice to say and they are a pleasure to speak with.

  Of the 3 Triad Tidal Wave locations this one in High Point Palladium area is in my opinion the best staffed and they give the most attention to detail. I have a membership here and come about once per week. It allows use of any of the 3 Triad locations. I use the other locations in Greensboro or Kernersville, just depends on daily routine and which is most convenient when I need a wash. You can get the wash and interior cleaning done in about 20 min on a non busy time but could take up to 45 min on a busy day. If waiting inside, the interior is not impressive at all but not bad enough to lower my rating.

  Hardworking staff. We had a 30 dollar wash and our truck was still dirty. It left streaks on our black truck. This was probably due to speed of the wash and lack of staff. We moved through soo…. Fast. Not enough time for the soap and washers to clean our truck correctly. This is a monthly car wash place for people who wash their car every day or week. If your plan on coming once a month… save your money. Highly disappointed and won’t be returning. Please slow the belts down so our vehicles can actually get washed.

  Great job as always, i pay the monthly which allows you to go once a day all month for the price of 1.5 washes. Towels and window cleaner provided, vaccums have long enough hoses to take care of a full size truck or SUV.

  I enjoy this car wash. I’ve been using it for a while. Also, I like the strength of the vacuuming devices. One of my ultimate favorites is the wax on my tires, they shine real lovely after washing and waxing. I highly recommend this car wash to everyone.   Update I went here today 2/2/22 and my car was absolutely disgusting from all the dirt roads in NY, I brought it here and was a little Skeptical Because a lot of places do not Rinse the cars prior to them going through the car wash. They basically pre washed my car before I went through so it wouldn’t scratch. I LOVE this carwash, I drive from Winston to go here. There are a few automatic washes around my house, but they are always closed or the staff is horrible and I always feel like I am getting ripped off. Please come to Winston!

  I’ve been a customer since it first opened. Historically the wash was good but that had changed since they were bought out. The wash no longer gets my car clean. Still dirt on the car when o come out of the wash. When I wipe the car down now, I’m still willing shirt off, not just water. Not sure how they changed the wash but you should consider changing it back.

  Jimmy Cleans is my favorite car wash in the triad! The entrance is easy to get into unlike other places, especially when you drive a suburban. The wash cycle always gets my suv so shined and clean! The vacuum/detail area is always clean and does a great job! I love the extras like the mat cleaning station, detail rags and free air fresheners if you’re a member!

  Nice new equipment that works great. The manager was so friendly and was walking around making sure everyone was happy with the service which is nice to see. The vacuums have great suction and even got our pet hair from my carpets. Will definitely use again.
