  Overall was good experience. I went there after they closed and used a self wash bay. The place was pretty clean and self wash brush seemed to be clean and operated as expected. One complaint I do have was the lighting in front and behind the bays was poor.

  Horrible service and the vacuums are always broken. The new system has been messed up for weeks over charging and new bar codes don’t work at every location. I cancelled and signed back up and still no better. The gentleman who work there at WH location and SD location even Hartford are great but the system sucks thinking about cancelling again

  This company broke the rear windshield wiper on my BMW X7 M50i and didn’t want to pay to fix it after the machine ripped it off. I spoke to the day manager Abraham and he said it’s my responsibility & they are not going to pay for it! I know all of the guys over there I tip extremely well (Just gave the guys $100 during Christmas) & I have a monthly Subscription there with their most expesnive (V.I.P) package! This vehicle is brand new & they messed it up pretty bad & won’t fix it! I’m definitely not doing business there anymore unless they make it right and btw there are scratch on my ledt rear fender from the wash as well. its a brand new car 2022 has only 6K miles on it! Please beware if they mess up your property they will not fix it!

  Paid for the new $29.00 price for VIP service. Vacuuming was done well. Then moves to prewash where they spray something around car for ????? They use to clean wheel wells with hi pressure spray but not this time. At end, windows were not done well at all, didn’t do all the windows??? tire shine was poor, interior clean was poor. Place is not worth it any longer !!! Dissatisfied Customer

  I was referred to this place because I heard they were really good and paid for The VIP- $26.99 service which is supposed to include several service for the exterior of the car as well as the interior to include Dash & Cup Holder Wipe Down. I was greatly disappointed as they did not even remotely look at more less clean it and was left just as it was. I’ll be going back to C&J auto detailing off of fish fry st.

  They need to do better, $27 for a VIP wash just for my dash console to still have dirt and dust on it. The customer service isn’t great either because there’s a language barrier. These lines be too long for half effort cleaning. I could do a better job just with windex and car wipes

  I may edit this later, if they follow through on a free re-do. I paid for an interior detail, and all that was done was cleaning of the floors, a quick vacuum, and possibly a wipe down? These was still stuff between the seats and dust in the vents, cubbies, over the steering wheel, fi ger prints on windows, etc. Horrible. They said I can return, so I will edit this if it is better. Not sure how well the pictures show anything.

  Do you need your car to shine do you wanna have enough time to wash it and get it done right five dollars will get you a good amount of time but it’s just three dollars to get your car washed I mean I like to do my car myself so this is the place to go
