  Austin took great care of us for our first time. The wash was very powerful. The 4Runner had a ton of sap on it and needed a good clean. Rims were about 80% clean which I would say is pretty normal for a car wash. The great part was the window cleaner and fresh rags after the wash.

  I Love Coming To The Take5 Car Wash Here On Boat Club Road In Fort Worth Texas. It’s Close To My Home And Their Hours Of Operation Is Amazing I’m Always Satisfied Every Time I Come And Wash Not My Car But My Family Vehicle We All Are Happy With Our Clean Vehicles.   Update: Minutes later David called me back stating he reviewed the pictures his manager took and claims there is double sided tape on my bumper so it was already damaged before I went in their car wash so they are denying responsibility. Wow! Just wow!

  I tried this Take 5 car wash for the first time and came out with my bumper torn off. The Assistant manager Christian took a report and started the Site Manager would review the tapes and call me within 24-48 hours. That did not happen! I had to call their customer service 2 times and they had to email them before I finally heard from someone. David the site manager explains he has no way to review his cameras at the moment and that it will be 2-3 weeks for them to investigate. The funny thing is a young man scrubbed my bumper as I pulled into the car wash, wouldn’t he notice it hanging off?! Then another employee proceeded to try and push the bumper back in place! All the clips are broke and the bumper was ripped away from the bumper screws! It cannot just be popped back in! To add insult to injury I paid $25 and my car was still dirty! This place is a joke! Save your money!

  Today I drove through here 10/22/22 at 12pm for my BOGO purchase I bought a few weeks ago. When I went through the wash then started drying off my car I noticed deep scratches on my trunk and bumper.. I thought maybe my stroller did it at some point or perhaps a drive up transaction at a store… so I didn’t report anything right away.. then I got home and immediately noticed 2 more deep scratches in the front passenger side of my car. All scratches are brand new from today, there’s no oxidation, and it’s highly unlikely this happened anywhere else. I just looked at my trunk 10 minutes before i went to get car washed… I would have noticed deep scratches asap. I emailed photos, called and drove back up to file formal compliant and was told it’s doubtful anything will be done. I requested to review the camera footage so if my car had scratches before let’s take a look at video, the manager on site refused.

  I will never use this car wash again!

  Fast and reliable car wash, only thing is the you need clean the window yourself as their machines are not able to clean the way it should be. Great price and the vacuums are very strong which is a plus point for this place. Great location and a very friendly workers and they try their best to clean your car as much as they can.

  Cool car wash! Reminds me of the Hot Wheels car wash I had when I was a kid with the glass walls.

  Reasonably priced and did a good job. Most other washes were closed because it was below 0 degrees. Dry time could have been a bit longer, but really that’s just nitpicking. Free vacuums, but it was to darn cold, so I didn’t use them.

  This car wash is by far the best in town. They are always there to help you if you need assistance. Shoutout to George, he is always in a good mood and helpful. As far as the washing goes it always cleans my car and I never have dirty spots. They also have a nice bathroom right by the vacuums that comes in handy with kids. My child always has to go to the bathroom right when I’m about to start vacuuming my car. The vacuums are powerful too. Would definitely recommend this car wash.

  This was my first time visiting this car wash and I must say I enjoyed the experience! I was immediately greeted by the general manager Corey and he explained the different packages they offered and made it so easy to understand and I was automatically sold on the benefits of each! He also helped me dry off my car after going through the car wash and explained the additional features that had to offer once I got to the vacuum area! I will definitely be back long term! Great customer service and atomosphere to get the job done! Left happy and car shining!

  This is the best car wash around. Our cars and trucks always come out shiny and super clean. Looks like it’s been hand washed! Corey the GM is super nice and helpful. Employees are friendly and service is great! Totally recommend.

  I’ve had monthly memberships on two of my cars for a couple of years now. Stopped by the car wash on 156 in Blue Mound / Fort Worth to get a replacement sticker today. Corey helped me with that. There are three or four car washes in the area that offer similar memberships. I suppose they all look pretty good when they come out of the tunnel. Prices aren’t too far apart. The only thing you can really evaluate is customer service, and Corey knocked it out of the park.

  This location is quick, I rarely experience a line, and the attendants keep the cars going through the wash quickly, but still care to spray down each car as it enters the wash. Out of the few encounters I’ve had with a couple of the staff members, each one was just as friendly as the one before them, and with the monthly membership pass honestly I’ll run through it whether my car is dirty or not, or if I just want to check out from the world for a minute.

  I used to frequent this car was all of the time and it did a wonderful job, but something has changed with their washes. This time around we paid for the $20 wash and it did not rinse the car properly at all. Also with the dryers, something is off and causes a loud bang at the end. I saw no damage on the car but it is very worrisome. I spoke to the manager on duty and all I got was a I’m sorry and there is nothing he can do. He offered to rinse it which he said he wasn’t supposed to do, but it still needed another wash so it’s useless anyways. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

  Don’t go to this car wash look at what they did to my company truck and they are not going to be responsible for it they are actually going to file a claim to my company to pay for the other people who got affected there was a ladder on top of the camper and I asked them if it was ok they say it was ok they don’t have competent people operating the car wash

  I swear this place is usually great but I went through tonight and it was the strangest experience. It looked like no one was there but the cones weren’t blocking the lanes and it was only 6:30pm. I pulled up and there was no attendant and the car wash itself was off. I thought maybe I just made a mistake, but I saw someone walk around the corner quickly. Finally a few people came out of the office. They told me to pull forward, but the car wash was still off at this point. I pull up, she starts the car wash, THEN IT STOPS INSIDE. The whole thing just powered down right as I’m going in. I look over and the attendant is still there. It STOPS AGAIN further in and I’m getting really anxious. I keep thinking to myself surly they won’t tell me to pull in if it’s broken. MULTIPLE rollers inside are not moving. My car gets sprayed with soap, but nothing to rinse it at all. I mean no water AT ALL. I I had to use my wipers to clean it off. It was the most anxiety inducing experience. Just weird all around. Maybe 5 other employees over by the vacuums just hovering and staring me down. I felt so on edge the whole time. I have never had a bad experience here until now.
