  Updating the review from 2 to 4. I did regular auto wash with tire waxing this time. It was almost good. Could have done better I still see some stains in the front and back and didn’t wax the wheels/ tires properly. Recommend for auto wash much better that other car washes near by and prices are fair enough.

  Purchased the full/super poly wash (most expensive one) and it should have been called the half service. Leather with easy to clean spots were missed, cup holder wasn’t touched, there was still debris in door pockets, and floors under mats were barely vacuumed. I spent another 45 minutes cleaning the interior once i got home. I am currently of the mindset that ‘(customer) service is at an all time low’ so my expectations weren’t high but this was very underwhelming!!!

  I purchased the package with EVERYTHING including paying extra for the “premium mats” cleaning. I could have done a better job myself. And saved 35 dollars. On the positive the staff was extremely professional and kind, the process is convenient, and the facility is clean. I have no qualms about the service but the “cleaning ” is sub par. I wasn’t expecting a detailing but geesh. Its leather.. I figured it would be easier.

  I visited today for the first time and my car was embarrassingly dirty. I wish I had taken pictures because I cannot believe how clean the two guys got it. I had forgotten to get cash so I had to circle back with a tip for such a great job. They were really kind and very appreciative that I showed back up with cash tips for them.

  I am absolutely blown away. The end result was amazing, the customer service throughout the whole process was fantastic, and the waiting area is great. I am so glad I found this place.

  I really needed the interior of my car cleaned because I have tan seats and they needed some TLC. I found this place via Google and so I went in person to see what it would be like and ask questions. They were fantastic, looked at my car, gave me a quote, and scheduled me for a detailing for the following week. Everyone was sooo nice!

  I got a confirmation/ reminder text the day before and went in for my appointment this morning. The gentleman who gave me a quote and scheduled me remembered my name which really impressed me. They checked me in so quick and when I came back to pick it up later they took care of me very quickly. They let me see the car before I paid for the detailing which shows they really stand by their work. The quote matched what I paid at the end.

  This entire experience could not have been better, I am so glad I got my car detailed here and will absolutely be coming here every time I need a clean car. I highly recommend.

  Wish I could show you a before picture because this looks like a completely different car now. I spilled a milkshake between the driver’s seat and the center console and not only did they offer to spot clean it as a walk-in, they were also totally chill about 1) talking to them about it right before closing and 2) leaving my car there overnight so they could clean it the next morning without me driving back over there. Really felt like the customer service was above and beyond – friendly, professional, and thorough. Would definitely go back and will recommend to all my friends. Thanks, TC, your team is great.

  Mike was very helpful when I needed to schedule and couldn’t decide what was best for our hot mess of a vehicle. TC was also very helpful and kind explaining everything when I checked in and kept me informed during the day on what would work best. They ended up doing a vacuum and spot clean on the carpets and cleaned and waxed the exterior. Our 10 yr old Pathfinder looks better than the day we bought her! We will definitely be returning customers. 👍👍

  I will forever recommend this place after my visit with them.

  I really needed the interior of my car cleaned because my seats needed some TLC. I went in person to see what it would be like and ask questions. They looked at my car, gave me a quote, and scheduled me for the next day!

  They confirmed with me the evening before and I got a call when they were finished with everything. I was even able to drop the car off early in the morning before they were open and drop my keys off in the conveniently located key drop.

  Was very impressed with the quality service, friendly people, and the work that was completed on my vehicle. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

  The service at TC’s was amazing! One of my kids got sick and vomited in the vehicle and I searched all over trying to find a place that could detail the interior and remove the smell from the vehicle. I attempted to clean the vehicle myself initially, but the detailing TC’s provided was phenomenal. However, I was more impressed by Mr. TC’s explanation and protocols for ensuring his employees health was not compromised. I will definitely be returning here for car washing and detailing services!

  It did a great job of cleaning my car and tires. It’s not touchless, however the rotating brushes did a wonderful job of cleaning and shining my car. They provide selfserve towels, windex, and vacuums all included in the price.

  Service workers are friendly. Can’t beat the free vacuum with every wash. Well maintained and clean. Washing supplies are generally well stocked. Office said Open, but doors were locked so I couldn’t access bathroom. Have not tried their detailing service.

  I have been using this car wash for years and have both washed my car and had my car detailed here. I just got a new car and stopped by to vacuum out some candy my child spilled. As soon as I started vacuuming an employee I had never seen before – a younger white man with light reddish hair – approached me and said I had to get a car wash before I used the vacuum. I told him I had just stopped by to use the vacuum because I had been told previously by employees that I could stop by to touch up between washes if needed. He said the policy was you had to buy a wash if you wanted to use the vacuum. I apologized, explained that was not what I had been told previously, and said I’d be happy to buy a wash as soon as I finished. Rather than accepting that (and I could have used a wash and was thinking about it anyway) he stood and argued with me insisting that I stop in the middle of what I was doing to get a wash and then finish vacuuming. I explained again that I was happy to get a wash after I finished and that I regularly brought my cats there and vacuuming first had never been a problem before but he continued to arguing with me and insisting I stop. He then said he didn’t make the policies but when I asked for the manager’s card told me he was the manager but wouldn’t provide a card. I stopped vacuuming and left without getting the car wash. They lost my business today and all my families business in the future. The unnecessary rudeness was mind boggling. I’m not sure if they are under new ownership or management or if they didn’t recognize our new car. Regardless, they will never get my families business again nor would I recommend anyone trust a company whose employees are so unnecessarily rude. Why in the world it mattered if I finished vacuuming before I got the car washed I can’t imagine but I certainly won’t have that problem again as I will never be returning.
