  Came through your car wash on 12-28 22 paid an extra $4 for the wheel bright on my Ram big Horn.
  I don’t mind paying $16 for a wash when it does what they claim to do.
  But would you say that my wheels look better after paying that addition $4 for wheel bright for a total of $16
  Not even my runners are clean.

  I love the monthly subscription plan and the car wash is clean & efficient. The staff are helpful, if your not satisfied you get a rewash.

  I ALMOST NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. Today changed that. I was on the phone with my sister and got distracted then accidently locked my keys inside. The manager Michael came to my rescue and was able to get it unlocked. Thank you Michael for your friendliness and professionalism. He is a great asset to Waterway Express! Also, I’ve been a monthly subscriber since the business open a few years ago and enjoy the unlimited washes. I always have a positive experience here. Keep up the great work!

  I have a carwash 2 minutes from me. But I rather drive the extra miles to get a wash here. It’s just that simple. You can get in wash vacuum wipe down your vehicle and all. The other place just went to hell in a dirty diaper. Enough said.

  Was in and out after about 5 minutes. Would recommend that one purchases the $21.00 per month fee and keep the vehicle clean from the dirty Cleveland area weather. It’s very easy to operate and vacuum cleaners are available at the ready.

  I hope this review costs you more in business than the $1,000 damage your car wash caused my Volvo.

  Chris Krisu acknowledged the damage when the rear wiper was ripped off. He wrote up the incident report. They wanted 3 estimates I gave them more. I took time from work to get them their estimates. Estimators all said it scratched the back trunk of the car, it requires paint work and estimates were all near $1k. Clean Express insisted they were only going to pay for the wiper blade ($150), which was on all of the estimates. They dragged their feet on this incident out to almost a month. I needed a rear wiper due to weather conditions and replaced it myself.
  They said they WEREN’T going to compensate because I voided the incident by putting a wiper on myself (unreal), after 3 weeks.

  I had my family vehicles on their membership program. The car wash is good, vacuums are good if you can get to them. They offer free vacuums to everyone and more dirty cars vacuuming their cars than clean ones. It’s hard to get a spot at times.

  I’m shocked at the professionalism. The staff/management is a major disappointment. They admitted (recordings) the machine caused damage to my Volvo! Do the right thing and compensate your customers, when you know you’re in the wrong. You clearly damaged my car!

  Received a quick and quality car wash at 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡. Now my truck is back sparkling after the salts and snow fall of the winter. The monthly membership with unlimited washes is something I highly recommend to everyone. Customer service is A1.

  I wanted to love this but I could not. Did it get my car clean? For the most part yes (to be fair my car wasn’t terribly dirty). Unfortunately it popped my mirror backwards (in a direction it is not supposed to go). The worker did look to be sizing up the mirror for some reason at the start of the wash (in hindsight this is why, I suppose others had the same issue as well). He did not state anything to us as the car was being pulled through to begin the wash process. I drive a mid-sized sedan, not an oversized vehicle. No aftermarket accessories or parts installed. I have never had these issues before at other automated car washes. I take my vehicles to the carwash to keep them protected, not to cause damage. For these reasons I cannot recommend this carwash.   Used to go here as a kid with my dad and loved it. My car really needed the work so I had them wash it, they’re not cheap I expected quality. Rims and tires look nice, but they barely touched the inside, I had already planned on a detailed wipe down after wards but still they only did a quick once over for 27$ after I did all the vacuuming beforehand. The real problem: they wiped the dirt on the inside first, then used the same rags to wipe the outside and scratched my car up. Handful of deep scratches, and tons of light swirling scrapes that I couldn’t pick up on camera. They even scratched the plastic like how is that even possible, didn’t get the tree sap off that I specifically pointed out before the wash, and left water spots and mud on the car. With all those rags scratching up my paint how is there still dirt and water stains? The bp car was never scratched my car and it’s 1/4 the cost

  Exterior only (20$/month for unlimited washes) – I clean the inside of my car myself

  Best car wash around. Unlimited exterior washes for only 21$/month. I used to spend more then that on 2x lazer washes that didn’t even get my car clean like this place does. Staff is friendly and fast and they hand dry with towels. I work at a salt mine near lake erie so my car is always covered in salt dust and seagull poop. They get all the bird droppings off my car every time. I stop here on my way home from work sometimes.

  There is a Cash Tip box but its not easily visable. If you can’t find it then ask one of the guys drying your car.

  Not impressed…..they could of did a better job for 40 bucks they didn’t even clean the inside of my car they just vacuum and it was not that good of a job and they didn’t whip it down that great I have water spots…..I dont think I’ll use them in my future

  I paid for what I thought was going to be detailing the inside of my car and it wasn’t even dusted down let alone wiped down. My car wasn’t horrible to begin with but I paid for this because I simply didn’t have the time to do it…. and left disappointed and in the end had to do it myself. So thanks for the expensive vacuuming service. Would not recommend! Save your money!
