  It’s a great car wash! You can pay for each car wash or join their monthly plan and wash your car as many times as you want. There are a few different choices of washing, from a basic wash to a wash and wax with a dry. There are areas to park and vacuum and clean the inside of your car, too.

  I’ve been going here for over a year now and they keep my beautiful truck in showroom condition. I would have given them 5 stars except I think they should slow down the line just 30 seconds so the two guys at the entrance can have time to make use of the spray wands they carry.
  Kudos to the Lady in customer service. I put a pause on my membership for a couple of months and she handled everything like a pro and handles her job with a very polite and pleasant attitude.
  They do a great job overall and I recommend them highly.
  I’ve been to a couple of their other locations and they also did a great job.
  They have a great deal on now just for the winter. Check out their website and enjoy a nice clean car or truck.

  So, I got a free car wash which was good. The only thing was there is only limited spots to prepare your car for the was and they had a whole roll of vacuums closed off and they were all filled up. They really need to expand.

  I have Use this location many times in the past without issues but this last time was absolutely awful. I came out of the car wash and pulled my car into a spot to vacuum it out just to see that the whole back end of my car wasn’t even washed. It was completely covered in dirt and dust and wasn’t even clean so I actually had to take water and some hand soap that I had in my car just to clean the back of it myself by hand in their parking lot. I could have washed it myself for less. very disappointed!

  Had my car washed there Friday 11/4. I didn’t realize ripped cover off my passenger mirror until next morning- called to see if it was picked up and put aside no call back – Least thing they can do. Now I’m at car dealership- mirror cover $110 and doesn’t include painting. So this car wash is costing me close to $300. Car dealership told me that they have MANY!! Clients come in with this issue after car wash at Pure Magic. Needless to say I won’t be using this car wash company again!!!

  Lenoir City Manager: I followed the procedures per your corporate office contact number. I called on Saturday at 9am and requested the direct number to your facility after I explained the situation. I did this since your facility is about 20 miles from my home.
  I was told by Pure Magic corporate that the procedure is that they take down all the information and forward directly to the manager of the facility and I would receive a call from the Lenoir City facility.

  So now I need to come in directly to your location. Would be nice if your corporate office would have said that directly.

  I never have a problem. Easy and fast car wash and love the monthly rate so I can wash my truck as often as I like. Their fast pass is worth it. Especially in the winter when you constantly get salt from the roads all over your vehicle

  Took my white Subaru through today for the $20 Ultimate Shine. I pulled around to the vacuum and wipe down area and noticed the sides looked great, the the whole top was still all dirty. I’m a tall guy and was able to use the wipe clothes and cleaner to get the top clean. Just a little disappointed that the top was neglected and had to be done manually. Other than that it was a good experience.

  Been a customer every since this car wash opened. But my daughter just took her new vehicle thru the wash and it was so much rougher than usual. It beat it all too pieces and did quite a bit of damage. I’m not sure at this point what to do she is afraid to take her car thru the wash now. It pulled off trim lifted a piece on the back of the truck and cracked one of the tail lights. I have 2 cars on an account with you all my daughters and mine have every since you all have opened but probably gonna have to cancel my daughters. Can’t afford it damaging our vehicles just sick about cause we love the car wash never had an issue like this.

  It’s nice to sit in your car while it’s being washed but it doesn’t clean my lower fenders so I still have to clean those after I’m through. All in all worth the money

  I so appreciate their genuine services…Their staff members would go out their way to help me every time I needed help ..either at the entrances or concerning payment as well! They also keep up with cleaning supplies to have them ready for customers to use! All their receipts are sent to my email which is so helpful! I appreciate how well they get involve with customers quickly if needed their attention! Their automatic washing equipments kept my car in excellent condition ( no damages) as well as made my car look so shiny and clean! Even my little dog ( highly sensitive to sounds) look forward riding peacefully thru these car washes. Sure made me smile too and enjoy it with my furry companion as well! Their high quality friendly services deserves 5 stars…for their professional ways, making sure my needs are met..( in person)! P.S. I use them for almost 2 years..and will continue to use them!   My husband & I have had a monthly plan with Ultimate Shine for about 2 years & we are very pleased with the Ultimate Shine staff & cleaning process. Having access to the vacuums with adequate supplies is helpful. The facility is kept clean & free of trash.
  We like the monthly plan because we can go thru the car wash as many times in the month we want & it’s more economical to do the monthly plan.

  This is a drive through auto car wash & wax that I have used for several years on as many as four vehicles under monthly contract. The service has helped me keep my vehicles looking practically new. And, two of my vehicles are 17 years old. I take up a fraction of the time I used to at home. And I get much cleaner and protected cars.

  My service with Ultimate Shine has honestly been worse than I could ever imagine. I only wanted to keep my car clean, but they have caused me such a headache that I wanted to let others know so they could avoid the same situation. I recently purchased a car, and the first thing I did was go to get a car wash membership so I could keep it clean. The very first trip through the wash at the West Market Street location, both of my passenger-side tire side walls were punctured by the tire-buffer and had to be replaced. I filled out an incident report with Ultimate Shine, and was told that one of the managers would review the footage of my vehicle going through to see if they could verify the damage. After 2 weeks of no response, I reached out to corporate, which told me that they had to wait for the incident report to be submitted. After going back to that location multiple times to let different staff members know my situation and providing my information and a statement of the cost of my tire replacement, I have since heard nothing and have not received any notice of this moving forward. Once I knew they were just pushing my case off, I gave up on pursuing this repayment and began going to the Oakland Ave location, which was far out of my way, but i didn’t want to just give up on this service just in case one location was not up to par. In retrospect, I wish I had. On only my third trip though this second location, the scrubbers left multiple scratches on my driver side door. Once I noticed them, I immediately canceled my membership. I have had the Ultimate Shine package for over 4 months and have only visited 6 times, due to the fear of my car being damaged further, which did happen on 2 of those 6 occasions. This is not to even mention needing my RFID sticker needing to be replaced 3 times because of their faulty scanners, which almost always causes a line to get in because of a scanner fault, or there must be an employee stationed at the scanners to manually let you in. With the combination of destructive hardware and terrible customer service, I could not, in any good conscience, recommend that someone should use the services offered by Ultimate Shine Car Wash. I don’t expect to recieve any compensation for all my trouble, but I do hope to inform of what I have went though so maybe some changes can be made so others can avoid having to go through the same.

  I’m a long time car wash user , is very convenient. Staff is professional. I would give it a 5 star if they had low pressure air to blow hard to reach areas, and air fresheners. That’s what I’m used to in a different state for the same cost.
