  I would read into the 4 and 5 stars and actually decide to take your car here. I went during lunch and decided that this wash in particular I have frequented quite a bit every month but today there was just carelessness. A large man with a beard was ushering cars through as fast as possible with less than a foot between them which led into a bigger issue where cars started bumping each other because of that lack of space and that rush mentality. So, my car was one of those that was bumped by an suv behind me. I tried to alert the person in front of me and they were actually trying to drive their Chevy off the rollers. On top of that the Toyota behind me was trying to warn the employees (who didn’t care because the wash kept going.) To where the rollers stopped going and I even had to drive my car out. I would say unprofessional in a pretty solid word choice for this place. It isn’t the first time I had a micro issue, but as you can see from the photo, it’s a bit issue now. Never again.

  I went through the 4$ car wash which works well, but my car was COVERED in bird poop. So I immediately went through the car wash again choosing the 10$ double car wash. It almost came clean after going through the 2nd time. If the attendant would have thoroughly sprayed the car (with the 2nd wash) I believe it would have removed the bird poop totally. Thus a 4 rather than a 5. Well worth 4$ for a normal wash!

  Fast and decent car Wash. Often traffic is way backed up the road right after it snows though.

  I took a star off because two of the vacuum tubes I tried using were clogged and I had to move spots.

  The other star loss is that there is no attendant at the two booths to pay and enter, nor a button to call for help. It left me in a very much not fun situation where I had to look up the store number and call them and explain to them that it wasn’t taking my membership while there were cars backed all the way up two blocks from the car wash. It honestly felt like a tactic to force me to just purchase another car wash to get out of the situation.

  All of the car washes I’ve been to like this before have an employee at the booth. Also they separate them by membership and not membership lines as well to minimize a new customer holding up the line.

  You get what you pay for. I agree. But the quality is much much worse than the other $7-10 express car washes. Wouldn’t recommend! Also damage to my car. Edit: management says to call insurance. Rude and aggressive for no reason.

  Juan and his staff are incredible. My car was spray painted all over and they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday and get everything off within a couple of hours. They got the paint off of every nook and cranny. Their attention to detail is amazing. Very professional, quick and over delivered on quality. They have earned a lifelong customer.

  There’s several car wash places near me in the South Loop area, but I drive over to N. Elston. Juan and his crew are Amazing! There’s never a time I’ve gone and my car hasn’t been super clean! They keep my Lexus look good! Today I went there was something in my window but you better believe they took care of it! Looking for something good best you go to N. Elston!!!

  Drove out pretty far cause this car wash had good reviews. I don’t think I have been more disappointed with a car wash. The exterior was ok but the interior is absolutely terrible. The thing is the interior was clean before I got there. It’s obvious they’re using dirty rags. Had spots on my leather that weren’t there. I have a lot of light swirls in my brand new tints in my two month old car. One deeper scratch in them and the windows need to be cleaned.

  Got my truck washed here. One of the rotating brushes broke my passenger mirror. At first they agreed to fix it but then stopped answering my phone calls and now don’t want to fix anything.   Our ‘go-to’ local place for car washes. Free strong vacuum hoses and floor mat cleaning machine; lots of bays so there’s never a wait. Basic wash has raised to $5, so of course we miss the old $3 days. Facility grounds are kept clean and I’ve never been ‘panhandled’ here.

  Came in to get a car wash and the employee directing traffic in here obviously wasn’t paying attention because he told another car to go besides me and the other car hit my car BECAUSE IT DID NOT FIT!!!! Then the employee still has the audacity to say “it’s nothing you can get off and check” like excuse me?? My car got scratched. Then I still get my car wash and they didn’t even let me car finish drying the employee told me to get out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! They even have tow trucks and auto repairmen lined up outside ready to assist..coincidence?

  Terrible service. Car wash is often not in service or closes early. The staff is usually unavailable and are unhelpful when you do find them. You get what you paid for at this place. Vacuums are very poor and the place is overall dirty. Do yourself a favor and find another place that values customers.
