  It was really good. You are handed a damp microfiber towel at the entrance. Use it to wipe the inside of your vehicle whilst in the tunnel. Then deposit it in the trash can on exit. That was a super nice added touch.
  The free vaccuum system is superb. Very powerful system and the hoses are kept up off the ground.
  I will use this car wash again, probably today.

  This used to be called duckies, and I loved duckies

  I do not like the new name, but the place is still good

  Maybe they changed management, I hope not cause I like the way the car wash has been run.
  I haven’t been back in 6 months so I hope the car wash is still great like it has been!

  Pros
  – Very similar to Drew’s car wash, great service
  – like the vacuums and air guns.

  Cons
  – Sometimes the wash misses critical spots, which was annoying, but usually that didn’t happen

  Vacuum lasts a long time. Car wash doesn’t. Paid for vacuum with debit card and it put a $10 hold. But I shoulda known better.

  They auto deduct $20/mo from my acct however I had to pay $7 once I got up to the booth. Had to go through twice, the machinery stopped working. Nothing special happening here. Calling to cancel the auto pay but the phone number is out of order.

  I had a 07 Ford fusion that I used for uber and wanted it to be clean for work. The regular car wash left scratches in front of the mirror. When I told the crew they just kinda shifted around uncomfortably. I asked if they had other similar complaints and they said no but now this has happened to 2 cars. Not sure how this can keep happening. Since it was a 2007 I didn’t care too much. However, I just purchased a 2022 car and it left scratches the 1st time I went through so it wasn’t just the shape of my other car. I’ll just use the touchless wash which isn’t great for the rest of the month. This is the one located near home depot.

  If you would like for your vehicle to be damanged and recieve the run around for them to repair your vehicle and provide you a rental while your is vehicle is finally being repaired then this is the place to go. The only “nice” experience that I had was with a young lady with red curly hair. She was very helpful and understanding after she saw where staff ‘TRIED’ to repair my vehicle WITHOUT my permission with wires hanging.

  Free vacuuming! Free towels and spray cleaner! Free rug beater! For $10, someone will clean inside windows, outside windows & towel dry the vehicle. All they ask is you was your car there. The cheapest wash is %10 + tax. Now that’s a good priced deal!

  Everyone is nice and the outside of my car looks super clean…. The inside is another story. This is the 2nd time my leather seats have not been vacuumed out or wiped down. When I used this place in the past there was always attention to detail, I’m not sure what happened! I understand I’m not paying for a full detail but it’s a waste of money where there is visible crumbs and dirt left in the seat. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

  The day that I took my truck there, I was first in line. I wanted an oil change, carpets clean, and an overall thorough detailing of my truck.

  Now the oil change is what is keeping me from totally hating my experience there that day.

  My truck didn’t get cleaned and detailed properly, so 😕 I will not be a returning customer of theirs.

  I could have done a much better job at my apartment. Working graveyards and I was trying to treat myself to a clean and deodorized truck but that’s not what I received! You live and you learn! I’ll pay someone else to get it right!

  I use to frequent this place often and had always been happy. But today that changed. They did not vacuum under the seats in front, and what they did vacuum was done shoddily. The wash was okay, but the surfer dude who worked on my car could not be bothered to wipe the car down. I watched him and could not believe how just terrible this guy was. Other guys were running circle’s around him working on the other vehicles. It was just really bad, I put a tip in the bucket knowing this DUDE had done a bad job and all day I’ve been reminded of that, he left one of his red wet rags on my seat which I tossed out the window in the lot as I was leaving, I wanted to go and complain but I was just to mad. Shame on you Shamy’s you lost a customer today and I hope this review makes others who read it shy away from your business.
