  Should’ve never went there. I passed my truck through the carwash and it left it all scratched and the glossy paint is now dull. The entire hood and roof top is damaged. Some of the scratches even have a piece of lint of the rollers/fabric the machines uses.

  This is the best car wash in town. Great customer service and my car comes out super clean every wash. Even though the lines are extremely long, it doesn’t feel like I been in line forever. Love the vacuums!

  At $6.00, you can quickly wash your car and so that’s what I have done a few times. My rear windshield wiper was bent including the arm that holds it in place. The vehicle is washed thoroughly and all I did was dry the doors and lower areas of the doors. Do not go to Pepe’s, the kitchens were full of grease before and now the car wash is a joke. Stick with BlueWave Express!

  Overall the vacuums are fantastic. The machine does ruin some paint on several cars, 5 out of 10 will get scratched and damaged. The customer service is good and well attended. It had been only 2 days before I went to get my monthly subscription of $14.95. I am not going to renew the following month and I would try Dale Shine Carwash because it caused several paint damages to my 2016 Nissan Sentra SL. The scratches are extremely bothering because it is a car that is being financed. A call was received and the store manager said that it was inconsistent for the scratches. The store manager also mentioned that I may call California HQ but have not received a call back from the regional manager. So good luck to whoever goes to blue wave car wash. Inspect your car first.

  I love it but the only thing I dislike is that when I take my truck the machine doesn’t wash the Inner part of the tire. But other than that it is a great place to take your car.

  None of these vacuums worked. Apparently they don’t dry cars in the morning. Staff would not answer questions, and were rude. They also said the manager was here and when we tried to speak to the manager they said he wasn’t here. They kept contradicting themselves. They were all just texting on their phones walking around the place.

  Thinking about changing back to Blue Wave. I had blue wave forever and never had any issues, it cleans all my vehicles really good. This brand however leaves both my vehicles dirty, I’ve gone to all 3 locations in Brownsville and they all suck and leave the back and passenger side lacking. They need to adjust these machines better, the brushes on the passenger side barely touch the vehicle. The tire coating is non existent, I switched because it was closer but definitely not worth it.

  Started out with muddy paw prints on the roof, hood, and trunk. After passing thru the wash, hood, roof and trunk still had muddy imprints. The shiny tires feature left a lot of dripping residue on the front tires, both sides. The air dry system did not work properly at all. I had to manually wipe down the entire vehicle. Additionally, the floor mat cleaning machine was not on the premises. Associate stated that it had been broken for a while.

  Paid $21 and all I got was a wash, wax, and dry. Maybe one other thing that I got. But, $21 pays for all the works, that they offer. not for half *** service. My rims didn’t get washed and the bottom of my truck is still dirty.

  This is the worst place to go. I was around the area and said why not pass by and get it washed. I paid 17 dollars for the full service and it was terrible. Parts of my car look the same way it was before going in. It left scratches on my car that I am sure it didn’t have before going in. The place was filled with potholes I tried to avoid one and fell into another one which I couldn’t see due to it been in a dip around the exit. Some vacuums weren’t even working I got to one and had to move because it didn’t work. It was just a really bad experience.

  Staff was super friendly but the services itself was horrible. I asked for a carpet shampoo/ car detail inside and outside and I did not get that. After inspection the back row was not even cleaned (Vacuumed/shampooed) the windows on the passenger side were not even wiped down. Mind you I took my car to wash the day before at a drive thru car wash and I vacuumed it a bit. So I really expected them to concentrate on washing my carpets and they did not do that. I did call and they did ask me to take it back which I did but I was still disappointed with the end results. The bad thing is that it was my first time there and I will definitely NOT return.

  The best car wash. Just don’t be in a hurry. Seems they are always short staffed and your wash will take an hour. But, really nice job of cleaning inside and out. I recommend leaving your vehicle and coming back later.

  I like someone washing my car for me. So I go here for this service. The negative is that they never do a complete job. I always have to tell them to give it more detail. Sometimes I even have to get a rag myself and do it! That is not what I pay for! Sometimes I pay for the better package and feel that they don’t do it all.
