  $23 and two trips through the wash and they still can’t get my car clean?! It would make sense if my car were unusually dirty, but it’s not. I just washed it a week ago. This is simple road grime. I was going to get the unlimited washes, but you can’t properly wash a car so you’re not worth my money or my time.

  First time using the Mint carwash and had a fantastic experience! Staff very friendly, quick but felt like wash did a very good job for the price. Great vacuums and loved the mat clips and compressed air. If I had more time I would have used the mat wash. My car was VERY dusty prior and I noticed the back didn’t quite get clean. Drove back to the entrance and they sent us through again on them and it looks much better. We live on a dirt road and I almost don’t want to drive home! Definitely will be returning. Thank you for the great experience!

  I have been trying to cancel my membership through emai, Facebook, and website for over nine months now. I was just charged again for services that I not only can’t use due to the vehicle being broke down but also that I have requested numerous times to be cancelled.

  My car was especially dirty with bugs from a thousand miles of driving. They said the wash would remove them, but if it didn’t the first time, I could go through again. Well, it didn’t and I did. Fantastic attitude of staff. Also, great free vacuums. I will definitely visit again when in town.

  Had huge hope and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Went through 3 time. Truck is muddy and the assistant manager tried to justify why the mint didn’t clean my truck after that many times and then razed about a refund because I made them wash it a third time. If anything but a thin layer of dust the mint is trash and go to the wave or do it by hand for the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the mint smartwash!with some proof. And assistant manager started assuming I’m gonna drive my new truck through concrete. Just reaching for the stars with that excuse!

  Nice car wash and it does a good job however the attendants don’t make it a point to help people get bugs off the front. Got out of wash and still had a layer of bugs on front of my car. Other than that it’s good. Fix that and I’d recommend it.

  I went with my rental car and it was as dirty as it gets. In front of the car it was hard to see from all the bugs and I had a bunch of dirt from gravel roads etc. the guys took incredible care and longer to wash it and even when it was done the first time I asked them if they could run my car again because they have missed a few spots and they were extremely happy to help and cooperate. Really happy with the quality of work and customer service. If I ever have to clean my car it’s not a questions where I’d go!!!

  Wow! Our car is a beautiful Challenger. Sorry not bragging it’s the truth. We usually use a more spendy car wash but thought we would give Glacier a try. Less expensive and it was a better wash! Their vacs rock, everyone was friendly.

  Had to wait over 15 minutes to just get in. Had to pay an extra $5 to remove the bugs. They also are not responsible for cars over 5 years old which is very odd seeing as not everyone has the money to buy a new car every 5 years. It took around 30 minutes to get through the car wash. People were great but the system is broken. Would not recommend it to anyone.

  My kids love going through car washes and this is definitely their favorite. Always asking “when are you getting another car wash?” The wash itself is pretty good! Love that it’s NOT touchless and they use license plates as ID so it’s simple to set up a monthly plan

  Shout out to the Wave Car Care Center in Billings, MT. We purchased the Ultimate Wash for $30 and when we went to get our car dried off the lady said to go back through because the front still had bugs on it. The manager ended up giving us a free wash and sprayed it down himself and dried it himself. He asked us if we could go back through again because he wanted to get the tire shine right and gave us another free Ultimate Wash! My car should be shined up and ready for winter now lol. Anyways the Wave is the best 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

  Great place I had been told by several carwashes that I could not was my car their because I have a luggage rack on top. Stopped by the wave just to see if at all possible my car was getting gross. They said yes absolutely I could was with topper. My car hasn’t been so clean since I bought it!!! The staff was amazing and friendly!!

  Used the wave for years. Employees are friendly and quick. Unfortunately on my last visit my driver side rims were damaged from the track. Left my info with the employees as the owners were on “vacation”. I waited a few days and never heard from anyone. Called to talk to someone about the issue and was immediately met with very defensive and immature anger by a guy named Dave. After being talked over for a short time and being invited to the wave to look at their track system, I took Dave up on his invite. It was then that I was told he wouldn’t be there and was basically hung up on 🤡

  We usually take each car once a month (as it is more expensive than other car washes). The quality cannot be beat though! We take our black truck and white SUV and they both look amazing afterwards. Someone always hand dries it for us and the complimentary towels and cleaning supplies are super convenient.
