  We used Remington car wash about a year ago for detailing the inside of my wife’s car and ended up taking it right back to have it re-done because it was so bad.
  Today, I took my 2020 Ram 1500 with 16,000 miles through the wash and now have a huge gouge in the side of the truck. The Manager basically called me a liar and said it did not happen there. He said ‘we could definitely see something in the video but your truck was too dirty.’ It was not super dirty – I went through a mud puddle and wanted to get it washed. My driver side mirror was flipped all the way around and the large gouge is on the drivers side of the truck. The Manager pretty much said ‘prove it happened here.’ The real sad thing is the truck did not even get clean. I called back and left a message asking to see the video – no response. We canceled our monthly subscriptions and will never give them our business.

  Excellent service! Quick and thorough throughout. They offer detaining and manual towel drying as well. Overall I recommend to everyone needing their wheels washed!

  This car wash don’t stand out much from the others like it. I gave them 5 stars because their price for a quality wash is probably the best in town. Under $20 a wash and you get hand drying included in your service. The has held up for about 2 weeks under normal use of my vehicle. A+ for offering a great car wash with out beating up their customers pockets.

  The best choice to fix a dirty ride in Battle Creek and surrounding areas. The price is reasonable, the equipment is well maintained and they finish drying by hand.

  I changed 1 star to 4 stars. Now they gave me a refund. Good manager!!

  When you cancel monthly membership you must get cancel receipt otherwise they continue to charge. When I ask them to give me a cancel receipt they said they can’t give me any documentation for the cancellation. So you should not buy monthly membership at this car wash. Can’t trust these people at all.

  Stopped by to do a quick vacuum for a little mini trip we’re taking tomorrow and to start the vacuum it was $2.50. I literally only had enough time to vacuum the driver’s side front floor only before it shut off. Complete rip off!! Headed to urbandale’s best American car Wash.

  Morgan Road attendants are courteous, and did a good job of cleaning. It’s fun to watch them work as a team.

  However, for first timers figuring out their system for a car wash where they do your windows and vacuum your carpet, it is very confusing.

  You have to go through the drive once (right at the fork) and then circle around and go through again.

  Better signage would eliminate some of the confusion perhaps.

  I”ve noticed a difference in the amount of soap and wax that is dispersed has been lessened dramatically and the rinse cycle doesn’t get off the majority of the suds and the dry time doesn’t not even get my car let alone my windshield even close to dry.

  This car wash has been kept clean, when I have been there. The two no touch automatic bays work reasonably well for being the no touch design. I have found the manual stalls to be inadequate for my vehicles needs. The wands just do not seem to have enough pressure for efficient cleaning and you will go through more money. Especially compared to other car washes in town.
