  Whew where do I begin… I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option so 1 star it is…

  Welp… I had to come back here twice to have them clean my interior and exterior. (Wasted my time, gas, energy and money).

  They said they couldn’t run my car through the traditional car wash and offered me touch less. Ok and my car is still dirty- both exterior and interior.

  I also requested a scent and the interior cleaned. Why was my trunk(which I specifically asked to have cleaned) the same way it looked when I arrived???? So was the inside of my car (minus light vacuuming).

  I highly suggest you wash your own car. This is one thing I will never waste my money on again.

  This is what kind of service you get with the Ultimate interior/with tire shine and hot wax,i guess they thought the straw wrapper in my center console was one of those reusable ones 😂 I could have cleaned the interior myself at home and gotten it 100 % better

  I recently got my car there to have it cleaned interior and exterior. I bought interior cleaning for $30+tax and exterior basic for $14+tax.(it is weird, but for interior cleaning, you have to buy exterior cleaning, too). The service was terrible, especially interior cleaning. I didn’t realize any difference between before and after. I think they just cleaned floor mats. All services took 10 minutes. I think it is not fair because I paid $44+tax, and it was equal to almost 2 hours of labor, but it all took just 10 minutes. it was my first and last time.

  Just went in to get their best interior package along with a basic car wash, gave them a $10 tip, but I really should have looked before tipping. Just spent 50 bucks to get my car to smell like vanilla… Realllllllly unhappy

  I don’t know why I paid $35 for the premium ultimate inside and out wash, inside wasn’t even touched. Dash wasn’t even wiped down, muddy dog prints still on passenger seat(wiped off with hand afterwards), cup holder untouched. I might go back for an outside wash but next time I’ll spend $3 in quarters and vacuum the inside myself.

  I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Never any complaints! The staff is awesome and the car wash always gets the truck looking good for another week of work! The vacuums and air nozzle are an awesome bonus feature. Plus you can’t go wrong with the ceramic glaze! I highly recommend everyone sign up for the highest monthly level. You definitely get your money’s worth very quickly!

  I have been coming to this car wash since it first opened and i won’t take my car anywhere else! Besides the awesome lights as you go through the wash my car comes out looking brand new every-time! The staff here is so wonderful and always smiling and kind to the customers which is a huge plus! i would 110% recommend taking yourself to sign up for the monthly membership here at knockout! it’s hands down the best around!

  This car wash moving into the area was the best thing that could have happened! The car washing is clean and the best I ever have received for the price and better than colonial car wash!! This place not only has the best staff but the cleanest vacuum stations and spot free rinsing and drying! Keeps my truck nice clean and ready!

  This is the best car wash in the 518, Hunter always has the most positive attitude and treats his customers with the best service. My car always comes out looking the cleanest and it is fun to watch the lights going through. Having a membership is so worth it cause I can stop by anytime, get a kind hello from the employees and a clean car…can’t beat it!

  Staff is friendly. Washes the car well. Exceptional attention to the wheels, which is a rare thing for automatic car washes I suppose. Supervisor listens to your feedback. I had a run in with the car not being cleaned well and he took my feedback and improved the tightness of the brushes.   It seems as if it could be a really good car wash. It’s definitely convenient to my area but I’ve been paying for the monthly subscription and every time I go there’s an issue getting through the gate. Also, I have to put my truck through twice to actually clean, it seems as if they need to do a little tweaking to the entry system, and the wash and dry times.

  Best car wash in the capital region by far. Jay, the general manager, helped me out big time with some stuck on berries from a tree my gf had parked her car under. He went above and beyond letting me know which chemicals and services I would need to remove the mess. This is why I keep coming back here. And the free vacuums are fantastic as well and get anything and everything out of every crevice in our cars.

  At first I had an issue with my truck going through it did not come out clean. As I was leaving a review on the website the boss the owner of the company actually came out right before closing time and met with me not only had me go through one more time but had me go through twice and hand wash the spots that did not come off. This is one of the reviews that I would like to point out that this business went above and beyond to make sure that not only did they stand behind their business but personally the owner took one individual customer and made me feel like I could affect their whole business I would like to thank people of wash boss car wash for going above and beyond and showing that that one customer is important to them.   Usually they would get 5 stars, but the young lady spraying down the passenger side of the car didn’t seem to care about her job, and her work reflected it. Drivers side looks great, passenger side and back that she did, not so much. I was in a hurry, so couldn’t get back to get it corrected. Normally, the wash is top notch for sure.
