Had an issue with a refund and then another issue with exchanging spark plugs and they helped me out with absolutely no hassle!! Customer service at its finest! The people behind the counter are awesome and very accurate when it comes to finding parts and if they don’t have it they will hunt it down for you. Plenty of inventory so i can do my own repairs.11 months agoSold me the wrong size battery for my Jeep Wrangler had AAA come out and they replaced the battery with the correct battery for almost $100 cheaper than the battery O’Reilly sold me. Also AAA had a 6yr warranty O’Reilly s was only 3yrs. Jeep Wranglers use an H6 battery and not a H7

2 weeks agoStopped by this location because my ck engine light was on. After he hooked my car up to the reader he started rushing me off. I couldn’t really get any information about what was wrong and he didn’t even get me a print outa year agoReview for February 13th 2022. Thank you so much guys for your customer. And your professionalism. I was able to borrow a caliper tool kit. Today I actually brought some used oil for recycling. The gentleman that helped me out was very professional and very nice to help me get rid of the oil. Thank you so much for having the service available for the customers.12 months agoThis is my favorite auto parts and auto necessities store. They are very helpful! They will match Walmart prices! I use Royal Purple 5w30 for my generator. It’s great for my truck, also. It’s always in stock (well sometimes I’m buying the last 2.5 quart container on the rack). DEF is also always in stock at a great price. Jonny and Joel have helped my wife nearly every time she goes to O’Reilly. Great employees!2 months agoSo my friend was stuck on the side of the road needed some break line although they did not have it they were super friendly and offered to have it the next day we needed it that day so I did not order it but They were definitely super friendly super helpful And I would definitely go back even though I work for the competitora week agoVisited O’Reillys to test alternator (which they do for free) Friendly and speedy service

Walk in the store I said good morning the lady behind the counter looked me up and down and never spoke,I proceeded to look for things I went back to the counter she walked away like she didn’t see me, anyway found what I need the store was empty of customers and I can see why another person checked me out and I’ll never shop there again, Customers make paychecks that should be posted in thier break room.
I went in looking to purchase a fuse for my car, apparently they don’t stock that particular one.
I asked if he could recommend a place they could carry it and he gave me two ideas. Great customer service & friendly young man
