  Cannot say how amazing and helpful the girl working tonight 6/8/2022 she went so above and beyond helping me get an air filter in!!!! Absolutely kind,caring ,considerate and beyond willing to help even climbed under my SUV looking for air box clip!!!! She didn’t know my story as I had a horrible wreck hit head on at 55mph had to have almost unit of blood drained off my head and my balance and dexterity are still not 100% I suffer PTSD from military and severe anxiety disorder she made me feel calm and relaxed and assured she would get it and she did!!!! If she doesn’t get a raise from store manager for her kindness and compassion then I will call corporate and let them know she definitely deserves it 1000% as she did not have to come help me or even do that at all. Thank you so so so much as I never got her name but I’m sure it shows who was working on this date in evening as she was only woman I saw in there.

  The gentleman, Sky I believe is his name, was extremely helpful. He tested my alternator for me and recommended that it be replaced. He also showed me that my belt had more play in it than it should have. I hope belt will fix it before I have to replace the alternator.

  I went to a very popular auto parts on Western Ave.
  The older gentleman that was working there would not come outside to help me a fuse for my headlight under the hood.
  He would even, leave behind the counter to see what type of fuse my head light needed.
  I was to upset that, I could not anyone one to come look at my car for a fuse.
  I decided to drive next door to, O’Reilly Auto Parts the Professional Parts people for help.
  When I walked inside of O’Reilly Auto Parts on Western Ave, Jimmy greeted me.
  He asked how, he could help me with all my car concerns.
  I explain to him that, my headlight was out and I needed to replace the fuse.
  Jimmy said he would glad to take a look at my car to see what type of fuse I needed.
  When Jimmy came outside, to check under the hood of my car.
  He notice that I didn’t needed a fuse; my bulb was out on my headlight.
  Once I paid for the new replacement bulb for my headlight, Jimmy took off the old bulb and replaces the new head light bulb.
  Thanks Jimmy, for going above and beyond customer service today with my entire car care needs.
  Every time I have ever visited O’Reilly Auto Parts on Western Ave the entire staff always go out their way to help me.
