  Great customer service alway very friendly. I needed a bearing for my antique tractor and they whipped out the calipers and helped me find a new bearing that will suit my needs definitely one of my favorite parts stores in town between them Napa and novacks I have never had trouble finding help with a part I would definitely recommend them

  By far the most friendly and courteous staff in Klamath Falls. Their hydraulics department has everything you could ever need for old and new hoses and fittings. The staff is exceptionally good at what they do, I have never encountered anybody in a bad mood, everybody is always kind and courteous. The way they make people feel makes you wanna shop there forever. They have vast resources of which to order from which makes it possible to restore very old vehicles or equipment because they can find parts that are hard to get. They get five stars because they are worthy of such and are also worthy of your business. They will treat you with dignity and respect as they have me.

  Wonderful service CT and Julie were very friendly. CT fixed my AC in no time. They have reasonable prices. I checked My Mechanic and other places to see what their base price was and Midas was the cheapest $30 for a diagnostic text on my AC. He called me back immediately when he discovered the issue. My Ac relay was shot and luckily they had the part instock to replace it with a new one all together my total was $179. It’s so nice to have my AC back thank you to the crew at midas! I WILL BE BACK.
