Friendly very knowledgeable about auto paint &primers. And mixed it up got it right the first time explained the primers I should use and the truck looks great. Metallic Electric Blue body with really heavy metal flake green interior doors dash behind the seat basically the whole inside of the cab. Every body that’s seen it likes it. Can’t thank the staff at Sidles Enough. Only place in town I’ll buy paint primers hardners thinners in town no matter the cost. But prices are very fair. THANKS AGAIN GUYS. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

This place is such a joke, if you want the right parts from napa buy from pine bluffs or wheatland not here they play games saying they have something then they don’t also the price will change from over the phone to actual in person by a lot

Employees are very polite and extremely helpful. I’m painting a car for the first time and a man with the name rich gave me a whole bunch of helpful info on what to do.

I recently bought some rotors and pads after having transmission work done on my car. The auto shop (not NAPA, the repair shop) really stressed how worn down my pads were and I needed to change them ASAP. I decided to take on that work myself since it was comparatively trivial, turns out they have another 30k miles or so left..

At any rate, I lost the receipt somewhere between the purchase and the garage. Glenn was able to look up the receipt just off a part number and the date of the sale, and was able to get exactly what I needed with a very quick turn around. Frankly speaking, I have seen other retail employees struggle with operations like this, so this was a relief and made everything so much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Both times I have dealt with the folks at this location were really great. Although I didn’t end up needing the parts right now, it’s excellent to know there are great people working at this location. You want that kind of quality support from behind the counter when things don’t go quite right; it’s easy when everything goes the way it should.

The napa guys are awesome. They are knowledgeable and will help hunt down hard to find parts. They are an actual auto parts store- however napa parts are junk- every part I have bought that has a napa name has not lasted- my premium napa starter sucks in the winter- the master cylinder I bought less than 2 years ago needs replaced- list keeps going- autozones parts last longer

I wasn’t going to say anything, but the more I think about it the more it irritates me.
I was driving across WY today. Need an oil change when I get back to IN. Oil is a bit hard to find right now, at least what I’m using. Saw they had some in Laramie and Cheyenne. Turns out Laramie didn’t have it and couldn’t get it. Wasn’t sure I could make Cheyenne, but i did.
They had it and were nice and friendly. When he rang it up it came to a lot less than it had in Laramie. I asked about it, twice. He assured me it was correct, that it was on sale. It saved me some money. Right now that’s no small thing. So I decided to but another 3 gallons for my next change. Give them my business. He scanned the second batch. It rang up correctly this time. He messed up. He got it wrong.
Now, maybe I’m old school. I go back almost 40 years in customer service. They were wrong, they should have made it right.
I could have just walked out, it was in my rights to do so. I didn’t. I could have not purchased the second 3 jugs. I did. My opinion, the second 3 hadn’t been rung up, they don’t apply. But the first 3 should have been left alone. I would have said to charge me the difference, again, old school. But they didn’t. The attitude changed. It was Iike I did it deliberately. They were charging full price including the difference on the other. Most businesses would at the very least offer something to make it right. Split the difference or something. I questioned this. Was told that if I didn’t pay the difference I was not an upstanding citizen. I did nothing wrong and then had to stand there and be insulted by these kids.
Again, I would have insisted on paying what it was worth. But it would have been nice for then to offer something to make the situation right. Insults did not do this. I only had money for 3 gallons. I ended up buying 6. To do the right thing. Now I get to go without something.

Will this help anyone, probably not. Just be aware. They may act nice but they could care less about you, the customer. I use 12.5 qts of oil per change. I change my oil twice a month. I drive thru Cheyenne 4-5 times a month. I won’t be back.
