  We stopped hear to get fuel, and ice on a cross country trip helping a close friend move from CA to TN and was doing some sight seeing along our way home. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me find a great auto parts store to get the water pump we needed to change. During our conversation either myself or one of the employees forgot to charge me for the fuel, but I’m thankful they caught it before I left, I like paying my bills. They were so friendly that it was an honest mistake. I am extremely grateful for the help and pointing me towards the auto parts store who was just as friendly as they were. Thanks for all the help!

  Not something you run across every day, a wildlife museum inside a service station. If you’re passing through Rapid City, your children will enjoy seeing all the animals – lions, elephant, giraffe, monkeys, wild boars, alligators, and more (some 60+). We were disappointed in the lack of hot food available in the convenience store, but appreciated the break being able to use the restroom, fill the vehicle with gasoline, and look at some African animals.

  I went here 2 years ago. It’s amazing. It’s literally a functioning gas station that has a taxidermy museum attached in the back. I’m on my way back to Rapid City as I type and I am so excited to go back to the taxidermy gas station.

  Not always the greatest prices but they always seem to have some kind of game or something going where you can get all kinds of stuff free or cheaper. This month you win something every single day. I’ve gotten free soda, water bottles, candy, pizza, roller grill items, chips, pork rinds, slushies, plus 20 cents off per gallon of gas, 25c, 15c…. so it adds up. Plus I love the staff there. They’re just awesome people, all of them.

  I am really glad that Holiday stations have come into Rapid City, South Dakota. Prices are really good and they offer discounts on gas for customers who wish to sign up. They offer car washes through the pump screens, without having to go inside of your rather not go in. However if you do go inside they have one of the best food and drink areas with a wide selection of choices to pick from. More coffee flavors than most.

  I filled up with gas on Sunday night and the signed said 4.239. My wife prepaid and i pumped my gas . The gas pump read 4.259 , so we asked cashier about price difference and he could not explain it but offered a carwash. I like the people and the storeand usually best price on gas. Dont understand this though.

  If you get 8 gallons or more of gas you get a free $4 car wash and I think it’s the best low cost car wash in town. Service is always friendly.
