  The attendants at this gas station need to do a better job of guiding cars into available pumps. Far too many times I have seen long lines of cars waiting while several pumps sitting empty, ready to be used. Due to lack of visibility, It’s not easy for driver’s to see if the pumps 2 cars ahead of them are available or not. Attendants need to be verbal, use hand gestures and indicate to driver’s that a pump is available and they pull up. Inefficiency here needs to be addressed ASAP.

  Would have given a better review.
  But the debit and credit card option was down. I managed to hear the cashier tell another customer that it was just cash at the time but others didn’t and were told when they went to pay. There was no one telling the customers in line. I suggested going over the PA to make an announcement but was told they don’t have one.

  Went to shop at Costco and gas up the car here a couple of months back, on the way to Brighton. No line up! Being from Toronto, I found this absolutely delightful because there is always a long string of cars at any of the Costco gas bars in and near the GTA.

  Oshawa is very lucky to have such a nice place to gas up that is cheap and helps your budget in these crazy inflation-high times!

  I don’t know what is going on at this store but the standards and customer interaction has dropped incredibly! I approached the self check out and the person looked at me yet said nothing, as I approached the cash register is when she said “ I need to see your photo”. Very poor customer service interaction!

  The gas is always – 5 to 7 cents less per litre. No cash.Members only.

  The old man in the cashier booth is very rude. My hubby went to get his reward as a Journie member but then he started saying” what reward are you talking about”! He should know the mechanics of the rewards program their gasoline station is tied up. Otherwise , he maybe ignorant about it. He can’t even speak in a nice manner as my husband was trying to explain while showing his Journie app on his phone as he keeps on yelling and his words can’t be understood. This guy doesn’t deserve to be in a customer service! We are not going back to that store anymore!

  Rude staff. I don’t care about saving half a penny…I prefer ultramar at Simcoe and bloor

  Update: it amazes me how this place runs, the kid working at night has issues. When I prepay for my gas, he automatically throws out the receipt. I asked him for a copy again. I then asked why he just threw it out, he said I have to ask for it! Wow!! How about you just give it to me and I make the decision what to do with that receipt. Dude has problems!!

  Why is this place not using the pay at the pump anymore other than 11:30 at night till 5:30 in the morning. I will not go in a store with COVID still going on. The manager of this store might want to rethink this decision. I will not buy gas there anymore as no need to go into the store and wait to be served and asked if I would like lottery tickets. To me this is only going to hurt his business

  Very bad customer service. I am very disappointed and disrespected by this place. I went to this gas station for an item from the convenience store and even had pumped gas, I used the restroom, and the worker there had knocked on the door a few times within being there within spam of 5-10 minutes. Once I was out he kept saying I was in there for too long. As a human I cannot control my needs. I was very upset that he was being rude and pushy towards me. As well as the door handle doesn’t work properly, If you push the door in, it will open. Also they are very cheap about their toilet paper. This place clearly doesn’t care about human rights and just want your money and for you to get out quickly.
