  Cheap prices compared to the Esso gas station around the corner! Soapy water was also fully topped up – which is needed during wintry slushy days where the windshield gets covered with grime. The station is also clean, well-lit. That’s why I always come here to fill up gas.

  Usually the lowest prices in the city. Not usually busy and the car wash is decently priced. The store is nice and new. The only issue is the east side entrance is really weird. It forces you to not turn left when it doesn’t need to; you have to drive around the whole property to get in.

  I try my best to be friendly and ask questions when I can. I been coming here for a little while now. I like to play scratch tickets and every time I ask for the new ones that just came out. I always get told these all we have right now. I head down to Canadian Tire Gas Bar, I go to Circle K around town and sometimes I even go to Petro Canada. They all seem to have all the new scratch tickets out when I want to play them. I live beside this Pioneer and they never have the new scratch tickets out. It’s as if they want to sell the old stock first before putting out the new ones. Can someone reading this from Management do something? All I ask is that when the new scratch tickets are available is that you start selling them.

  Getting gas is okay. Car wash appears to be falling into disrepair. Soap dribbles out instead of covering car, often find “clear coat” spots all over the car after getting the car cleaned.

  Update: thought I would try it again see if improved. Car was only soaping one side of the car, and leaking out of the trolly above instead of coming through the nozzles.

  Always fantastic service from here…and the manager/owner never blinks an eye about getting behind the counter to help customers if there are more than two people waiting (if he’s there)…Dawn breaks her back working to keep that store spotless and her customers happy…way to go team…a 10 out of 10 from my family!!!

  This is my go to Gas and Car Wash stop as I live across the street and drive UberX. The Canadian Tire parking lot being my starting point waiting for riders. This would be an easy 5 star for me as their staff have always been helpful and professional, collecting points and paying at the pump is super convenient but the HUGE annoyance and what seems to be constant problem is their car wash is out of commission WAY too frequently. I recently bought their 30 day Ultimate car wash pass, $90+ after tax and 5 times now in less than two weeks it’s been down and I’ve had to drive all the way out to the township one to utilize the pass. Even before getting the pass their were many times I wanted to get a wash but it was down. PLEASE figure this out! Of course will update my rating if anything changes.

  Shortly after 12 am I walked there from joseph st to get money out atm atm at the gas bar because and machine wasnt working circle k the same as soon as I walked in she said I’m about to do shift change youll have to wait after being in the store she was extremely rude not a very nice sales clerk she should be fired very unprofessional

  Cashier girl working on 8 September 2021 is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came to use the bathroom after filling gas at around 11:45 PM on 8 September 2021 at 970 Princess Street (corner of Bath road and Princess Street) Kingston Ontario. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional and blocked use of the bathroom although the notice on the door said that the bathroom was open until midnight. The video footage would show that it was well before midnight. Canadian Tire hiring standards have nose dived into the gutter to start hiring such employees with anger management problems. I have been buying gas from this location for more than 20 years. Due to such rude behavior I will no longer be using your gas station and I will be advising my friends to not go there either.

  11:40pm. store is closed, but the pumps do let Me pay with debt. tried 2 different pumps, after selecting my grade (87), the trigger stays limp and no fuel flow. Replacing the handle back in it’s holder results in the screen displaying transaction cancelled.

  Stopped at this Esso when heading back to Montreal from Kingston, it seems to be very clean and the pumps work perfect and I was happy to see I was able to pay at the pump and receive a paper receipt not like a lot of other gas stations where the paper receipt is not working when pain at the pump.
