  I received horrible customer service from this place! A couple weeks ago I went in to get my car fixed, and they didn’t fix the issue. The mechanic who worked on my car claimed that he had fixed it, but he failed to do so because the issue continued! I spent over $600 on two different occasions and they said the issue was fixed and it clearly WAS NOT! So I had to go to a different business and they fixed my car very well. After that, I went back to Sunoco requesting a refund for the issue they claimed to have fixed and they denied my refund request! Instead they said they would offer a discount on my next visit, but that won’t happen because I’m never coming back. Also, there is a weird and overly friendly employee (with a fairly big hoop-like earring on one ear) who has flirted with me and my friend on multiple occasions and he has continuously done so even when we have made it clear that we are not interested! He is VERY disrespectful and so are the employees that work there! I’m never going back here again! I recommend that others do the same! If I could give zero stars, I would!

  I was so pleased with the service today when traveling through Lambertville and my car unexpectedly had issues. I walked in and spoke to the owner (I believe), who asked all sorts of questions about my car and offered several ideas as to what the problem was. He then offered to look at my car despite his busy schedule. He took the time to truly diagnose the issue and despite having the option to diagnose my car with anything and me being none the wiser, he was able to fix my car for a total of $14! I am grateful and hope that others who are looking for an honest repair shop will take their car here.

  Frustratingly inconsistent – always check your orders. 9 time out of 10, my order placed through the app is wrong or incomplete, including ingredients left out of salads and bowls. How difficult can the job be? Read the receipt and make the order accordingly, especially if it is a standard menu item. I’ve started going to McCaffrey’s across the street for that reason. Get your act together, New Hope Wawa!

  I usually have good experiences at this wawa but the worker put only the tiniest bit of cream cheese on my bagel when i asked for regular. very annoying. He also forgot to put egg on an egg sandwich.

  Parking here was completely bananas at the weekday lunch when we were there. But they were quick to make the sandwich we ordered so they were clearly hustling. For a smaller building and parking lot, there’s a large selection of hot foods, snacks, cold foods, drinks, and made to order items. Perfect spot for lunch before hitting the road back home.

  i came here right around 1pm and everyone in the store had amazing energy. today is monday and most people drag on mondays but every employee in this store was very excited to be at work. i appreciate that kind of energy in the middle of my day because it gave me the spunk i needed to get through the rest of my day!!! thanks so much

  They flat out lie and do not care that you know they are dishonest. No honor. I didn’t realize that they were so corrupt until I started hearing from people who will never go back to that place. I won’t give them any business and will tell anyone who asks about there services to go elsewhere. Only station in town and they can’t get it right. They should never be in the service business. They lied about the work done on my car and when it was confirmed I contacted a lawyer and he is currently filing the paperwork to expose their dishonesty

  I was just trying to get air for my bike. I only had a large bill and, even though they could break it for change to use the air machine, a very nice gentleman offered to pump up my tires as a courtesy. He had a great attitude! I think his name was Michael. I really appreciated his gracious service with a smile!

  Got the job done! Gave me an honest evaluation and a fair price. The work was performed promptly and they were flexible about when the vehicle was to be picked up. Also, if you’re having them do the repairs, you’ll get a great rate on their towing service. All around a great experience!

  I bought $25 cash worth of gas and then forgot to fill the tank since NJ has attendants fill the gas. I came back and they said there is nothing they could do so wasted $25 for nothing. Will not go here again.
