  I went here to get my car washed, and after getting the car washed, the paint in my car was scratched and they said “that’s not our problem”. The problem is the equipment, they have really old machines and they scratch the paint.

  I come here regularly. Always available pumps and tonight was a bonus. They had run out of regular and were offering premium for the price of regular. They could top up the hand sanitizer dispensers.

  Pump glitched and I pumped 12 cents on accident. Then I put in 65 dollars of the proper gas. When I went to pay the girl made a fuss about it and I told her it glitched. She wanted me to pay 2 transactions with my card and I told her I’m not gunna debit 12 cents. So I payed cash for the 12 cents and she didnt even give me the proper change… I use to go there all the time but with poor service like that I think I’ll find a new station for me gas.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I was here this morning. Put $6.00 in my tank, because that’s all I could afford at this time.
  Even $10.00, gives me 100kms on my car.
  I pulled in with 8 kms left on my car.
  When I turned my car on, I had 0 extra km’s.
  I went into the gas attendant to tell him I didn’t get any gas. He told me I could watch someone else pump gas to prove the pumps were working and at these gas prices, I wouldn’t get much for 4L. I do get that;however, $6.00 worth of gas and 4L, doesn’t give you 0 extra kms. He also tried to tell me, my gas gage was probably broken. It’s a brand new car. Nice try. The attendant was down right rude and basically told me to go fly a kite. I explained it would at least give me something. He wouldn’t even listen or investigate it.
  I used to go here regularly. I will never go here again and with the possibility of having to deal with this person. It is people like him that make this world continuously difficult.
  This guy wouldn’t do anything, left me wasting my last $6.00 I had for the week and nearly no way to get myself to work.
  Pioneer, this isn’t the first instance I have heard about people having difficulty at your pumps and people just wasting their money with nothing in return. No gas, no money.
  I hope you will at least have the decency to make this situation right, other than a “sorry your experienced this.”

  This gas station provides excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and follow all protocol. I have been here many times and always have a good experience with the workers. They clearly explained their company policies to me when I have bought tobacco and mentioned the measures they have taken to prevent criminal activity and ensure customers are safe and adequately serviced.

  Been going to this gas station for years! Since they opened. But yesterday and tonight dealt with racist night staff, following me around the store. Then tonight having me pre-pay for gas when it wasn’t after 10pm. Told couldn’t see my license when there were a whole bunch of trucks and other vehicles there with blacked out license plates and they never had to come in and pre-pay. Even had a gentleman say that he could see my license clear as day from the store, so how could she not see it on the cameras right at the pump…? Then got yelled at the employee Tavleen, when I came in back in because I didn’t use the full amount. Funny how I was the only black woman there during this time. Everyone else was Indian or white. Disappointing how one person can ruin your experience that you’ve given your business to for YEARS! Wish I could rate lower than a 1 star.

  Such a good and well located gas station. But I really miss the locking clips on the fuel nozzles. They’re particularly useful during cold weather.

  Great location..easy access in and out few seconds off 401 Exit 275
  ( saved in favorites )

  Price is fair … it gets better if you use CIBC credit card 3 cents off the liter just link your account very simple and secure
  The reward program is the best in my opinion
  free rewards and after 300 points you get 7 cents off the liter immediately
  I have saved around 85 dollars instantly
  You don’t need to cash out of run around to redeem

  Washrooms are clean
