- Reviews:I have had a membership here since they opened and it is great to be able to come wash the car alot during the month, the wash doesn’t take all the dirt off and obviously with the brushes, there’s minor scratches but its the dirt left behind that bothers me, especially on the front and back end and when I ask them to give a quick spray that they have there when they check your membership, most of them won’t oblige…some will and when they do, the car comes out much cleaner and I pay the full package that includes the bug spray!!. I still keep the membership as its cheaper than washing my car elsewhere but they definetly need to address these issue as its very frustrating. It would also be nice if they took some responsibility as with each negative review, they respond in such a selfish defensive manner, so obviously no care for their clientele or their own future with this buisness.By Amie O’Rourke (9 months ago)I have a membership that allows me to access their automatic car wash whenever I need it. I have limited one-on-one contact with staff but when I have they are always pleasant and helpful. It is such a relief knowing I can get the salt and snow off my car on a daily basis if necessary. One good thing was that there was fre vacuum available in front of car wash. The place was well maintained and a staff was cleaning the garbage drums. One big plus point was that there was contact less card payment available in each car wash section, so no need to load bunch of coins before you enter car wash. - Reviews:Very disappointed because I paid $170 for a detailing. Received call to say I could pick the car up anytime. Arrived 20 minutes later to find car still in shop with all doors closed. Opened rear hatch to find all my mats thrown in still wet. Told attendant I would install. Backed out & parked to find the electric socket for trailer plug bent. Took mats out of trunk area to find they were filthy. Apparently thrown on dirty floor to wash top surface. Called employee out to show him to which he said he could have them sprayed off. I told him my mats were cleaner when I arrived. I declined & tried to wipe them all down before putting them in car. Bracket for fire extinguisher also bent. On way home had to stop because of warning light on dash. Just went thru and there is still dirt all across the back bumper , hatch area and rims. So I asked about re-wash and was told by the person Adam that works there that because of my trailer hitch it won’t clean it properly.and he can’t do a re-wash because management with have his head if he does. I’m counting down the days till I can cancel my membership with this place and go back to the north end car wash where my truck gets clean everytime. I’m gonna have to remind/ ask them to use the power sprayer for my rear next visit as I notice it’s typically only Kristie as I have a rear spare tire and it’s the only way to get the rear clean because the tire on the back.
