The Backyard is great for cleaning your interior. There’s vacuums which are free with a carwash so you can take your time to vacuum your car well. I recently took my 2013 Subaru there and it came back in what was basically showroom condition! The overall transformation of the vehicle and attention to detail was truly amazing. Because the vehicle is now 10 years old and also black in colour, it did require a fair bit of extra care and attention. For that reason, Package # 3 plus a buff/polish was recommended to remove some of light scratching and swirl marks that had accumulated over the years. It was all worth the investment when I saw the final result! They even stored the vehicle overnight in their locked indoor facility when I was unable to pick it by closing time that day. Many thanks to Eduardo and his very friendly and professional team for a job extremely well done and truly exceeding my expectations! Pros: as you can see in the pictures, the car is cleaned very clean! The interior is very clean. The service is handled quickly and efficiently. If there is any problem that you have, the workers address it without hesitation. If there is any items under your seat that you didn’t know about, they place it in your front seat.
Cons: the prices went up a bit. Since last year. Little bit more then i expected but worth it.
Over all, i would recommend this place.
Great place to get a good wash done, and reasonably fast if you don’t have to wait in queue. I got the Prestige Package and they did a great job! They were up front about the fact that I had a lot of pet hair in my vehicle and it would be extra. I accepted that as it adds more to the typical job. Thanks very much! Was nice to be able to go grab a coffee and breakfast at A&w nearby too!
I have been coming to Prestige 4-5x a year for the last few years. They have always been thorough and detailed with their service, and always very kind. I leave there feeling like I’m driving in a new car each and every time! However, today, they went above and beyond! I asked about extra services, and while discussing, the manager, Elie, helped me uncover the source of my frustration, and proceeded with offering a solution. He did not have to do this, but he did! My car is back to feeling like new again, and I know it’s been done right! If you want your car treated well, by any amazing team, go visit Prestige! You will be glad you did! I paid $ 85.39 package 3 Suv, oversized the glass windows have leftover fibers from the towel they used, same with windshield my grill has not been wiped properly, there are leftover water stains on my hood and trunk. I am not really satisfied with the service, also how do I know if the clear coat protectant was applied?
Went there today and was told its going to cost an extra $80 to clean the truck due to it’s condition.. which tripples the cost of the cleaning.
I respected their way of doing business (have been washing my cars and trucks here for years, and this is new to me). Therefore, I said thanks and drove away.
The truck was dirty (obviously). It just felt like a scam. This was my favorite car wash. Now they lost a customer for life.
I’m only leaving this review for you as a customer to expect this from the Owner now.
I chose to go to the other similar car wash, which washed the truck for the price shown on their board.
