- Reviews:Clean bays and good music. I haven’t asked if they rinse the foam brushes after use but they have been clean every time. I locked my keys in the car after a wash. The employee was cleaning up after closing and called AMA for me and let the owner know. All while being friendly and not making me feel worse than I did. I wish they had more auto detailing product in the office but it’s still everything I need. Kelly, who was the attendant working at the time went out of her way to provide assistance to different ways in which I could wash our 32′ massive U-Haul vehicles, as the bay door was not high enough for it. She even closed some bays for me so that I would be able maneuver the truck, in order to wash different areas. She was able to make a tricky situation into one where the truck came out sparkling clean. I used one of the manual bays. Where do I start? It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Hot water wash and rinse, brightly lit, loads of soap out of the gun and foam brush, and music playing throughout the bays. I had to drive a lot farther to get to Jetz but it was well worth it and I will never use the other west side car wash again! Now I feel like I’ve been missing out on a proper car wash all these years. Other car wash owners could learn a lot from you guys.By Curtis Burton (2 years ago)Officially the most expensive car wash in Lethbridge. It used to be that you would get 1.35 per dollar you spent. Now it’s 1 minute. It seems though if you use your credit card you get longer. I use my credit card was able to wag my car it cost me 5 dollars. But with coin it took me 9 dollars. Strange but true. I used to detail cars years ago but this guys professionalism and eye for detail blows me out the water. I know how much work goes into detailing your vehicle, there’s a “yeh it’s pretty clean” and then there’s a “holy smoke man” that’s the kinda finish you get from Sid!!! My 2017 F150 covered in tree sap and tar spots paint and was all rough to the touch and to make the job painstakingly longer it has decals😒 he took my 2017 and turned it into a 2021 better than new… If I could give 10 stars I definitely would 100%. This car wash is FUN! The kids loved it…the flashing colours were a highlight for them. Our whole van was clean other than the back…I don’t know what happened but it looks terrible. The car in front of us looked the same, it was totally clean other than the back. The license plate and nooks of the back of the vehicle were not clean at all. We got a car wash last week so the dirt wasn’t caked on or anything like that. Hopefully they can fix this issue.
I absolutely LOVE this car wash! The customer service is always great, I love how accessible everything is! the free mat wash, vacuums and you are even helped during your entire experience here!
My favorite wash is the Ultimint because it leaves my tires SUPER shiny! I have never had a bad experience here and i will always recommend this place to anyone i ever meet!❤️

Went thru on the top wash. Rear wrap brushes did a poor job and barely touched the rear of the vehicle. First top brush drops at the halfway mark of the windshield. The second polishing top brush is removing the dirt on your hood.
Believe it needs some fine tuning.
I paid for the ultimint single wash for $24 and was HIGHLY disappointed.
Definitely not worth the money. I could spend half the price somewheres else and my car would come out spotless!
I had very high hopes for this one so I thought I’d give it a try. Never coming back.
Thought I’d try this place as I pass by it every day. Glad the first wash was free because I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Free vacuum was a great idea, but no attachments and not very powerful. The wash. Well let’s just say it ended with a car that wasn’t totally clean and I had to get them to retrieve my license plate from the tunnel. I thought it was just me, but the employee came out with 4 license plates! I’ve never been so disappointed.
