Designed for SUV and trucks….I witnessed a number of customers including myself having to physically get out to be able to reach the system…no thought for drivers in sedans or small, medium cars. The self serve works great and it is nice to have the option of purchasing an absorbent towel etc. for a dollar. - Reviews:The self serve wash gwts the job done but the vaccums are terrible. $3 dollars for a broken machine (#6) and contacted the owner for resolution. Will update the review when dispute is resolved. There is no suction at all and the crevice tool is detached from the unit. Update: this review was from Dec 28, 2021. I was contacted immediately and was met with a serviceman who refunded me in tokens. I just paid and went inside and it started to spray the first step of soap on the car but when it reaches halfway it stopped and the arrow asked me to go out. Seriously!. And the rear shutter open and the car behind me asked to move out even before I wash my car. There is no contqct number displayed to call in inside for help. If you can’t fix or update those sensors just shut it down why you steal our money ? This Rubber Duck location is pretty good compared to another location I went too. A lot more car wash bays and also an automatic car wash. What I would improve would be pave the entire surface to be smooth. And the automatic car was was a bit tight in my opinion. Also the drying time is way too short, needs to increase the drying time by at least another 30 seconds in my opinion. I would think about using this car was service
Car wash is convenient.. but this vacuum is broken without any notifications, so we spend money for nothing.. plus there is no one can contact for help.. not a good experience..
We tried to go into the automatic car wash and was to worried about damaging the car because it was not wide enough for the vehicle

I started vacuum but it’s not working properly even it can’t be suction anything.
Tap options is lovely, and they have plenty of bays and a touchless wash thats pretty good too. Lots of space and setup can efficiently handle lots of people cleaning their vehicles. Lots of vaccum spots as well.
