- Reviews:Must of been broken because the Deluxe touchless wash did not work, it didn’t have soap. It did 2 rinses with light water, then a 3rd with barely some soap and that was it. It didn’t even wash it off. The dryers couldn’t remove the water form the windshield. My car was not that dirty, just light dirt all around like on headlights and side skirts. See pictures for details. I would not go back here. Contacted them via their number and could barely hear them over the music playing in the background, and then they hung up after 3 seconds. Always open, radio playing music in the bays. There’s also a pet washing room with tubs for your animals as well as wash cloth vending machines. I ran my hand through it but it didn’t make much of a difference because it scratched my car very badly. The stalls for each wash are also very dirty, I’ve been at this location a few times but never again will I go here, never the less a self wash. Audi Q3 done today June05 2021 at 3:30 pm. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. It cost me CAD70 to do just the interior that included vacuuming, windows, plastics, dust etc.Everything was included but the seats. Please see the pictures and judge yourself. I do hope that somebody from the management sees this and make the person who had done the job accountable.
We went home and started to do again what should have been done in the shop and what I paid for.
I’m not going back ever again.

When I booked the interior cleaning there was no opening until the end of the day so I do understand that time is precious for you as it is for me. Saving time and hoping for a quality job is the main reason why I went to a professional car cleaner. Unfortunately I do not have the time to go back and wait for a resolution. I could have taken many other pictures like the dashboard dressing not spread evenly, rear windshield not cleaned properly in the corners , very greasy solution used on the doors that comes off on the skin or clothing and so on. Posting many pictures prove that this was not just a missed spot but an entirely poor job. This is my second time at this shop with the same result so I did give it another try. I do leave positive and negative reviews based on my experience when I feel that doing so it would help others to make the right choice and service providers to evaluate their performance.

What can I say about Valet Car wash Guelph, and their “Interior Cleaning Detail Service”.
Before you continue reading, I urge you to have a look at the photos first of their “Ultra” clean.
Photo 1 – Interior of my truck prior to the cleaning – When attendant Carla inspected my vehicle, she informed me since it was very dirty, there would be an upcharge of $10, on top of the $60 Ultra Clean package, which I agreed to.
However, upon completion, I was utterly disappointed at the lack of quality and attention to detail with their Ultra Clean package. Being a former employee of this specific location, I personally know the tools and procedures employees are to follow when cleaning a vehicle. As evident in the photos, this was not done to the Ultra Clean car standards, let alone, an additional $10 upcharge.
Photo 11 – Gauge cluster – The cleaning crew that was working on my truck, pressed down on the gauge cluster causing the plastic to crack (refer to photo once again). When this was brought to the MOD’s attention, they had informed me that they “pushed lightly” on it and they don’t believe that’s what happened.

Had my car detailed on Monday and they did a fantastic job. Not only were they able to get it done without an appointment (thank you!!) but they got it done in a reasonable time and communicated wonderfully. The front desk staff was polite and helpful and the interior staff was the same. Will definitely be going back here for detailing service.
I am so pleased with the car detailing that I received! I have 2 dogs who ride in my hatch so my SUV gets very dirty. They did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be returning! 10/10 would recommend.
I recently had both our cars detailed inside and out. They were both very dirty from a hard winter of driving. The interior cleaning was superb, our carpets and mats are like new again and both vehicles looked superb afterwards.
Considering the detail required it was completed quickly and professionally. They were very courteous and the communication was great from start to finish.
I will definitely go there again
