The place was very clean and got the job done just as I needed. Call them up to mention it taught maybe some of the Jets were clogged or something they told me they take care of it came back a month later as I hadn’t been using my truck and it was in underground parking so they did not help me in any way. Bad customer service wash the truck again as I had to go through the drive-thru that was cars behind me when finished I was able to write my name in the dust on my truck straight out of the car wash car park super slippy too no salt down slipped and fell doesn’t do a good job customer service is not great Will never return again. Staff are very helpful and quick to make sure you leave satisfied with the outcome of the money you spent. They make sure all the equipment is working and if not they fix promptly. Stalls are always kept clean as soon as they are empty. If that isn’t enough the fact that for your 2 dollars you get 15 seconds more then anywhere else which doesn’t seem like a lot but think about it in the long run.By Jay Dean (a year ago)Today was the first time I’ve used DUGGAN self serve car wash. They offer large bays with a full time attendant who cleans up the wash bays after each customer has used it. I gave my vehicle a good pre-wash spray down using the soap cycle followed by several cycles around the vehicle to ensure I had given it a good wash. Next came several passes for a thorough rinse and wax. There was lots of soap in the wash water but it took longer than expected to clear the hose when switching from wash to rinse to wax. I did not use the scrub brush as my car is new and I didn’t want the paint swirl marks that develop over time from using scrub brushes. Total cost on the wash job today was $25. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this car wash again. Immediately upon leaving I inspected my vehicle and noticed a light coating of road grim still on the sides. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised to see this. While I was using the wash I kept thinking the spray pressure was inadequate and the wash water temperature was barely luke warm. Examination of the vehicle afterward confirmed my thoughts. This location is convenient for me but I will be driving further to other car washes that I’ve used in the past where I know I’ll get hot water and adequate spray pressure.By Rob Robinson (3 months ago)It was great. Stalls were clean. Nice and wide. All the chemicals were strong and and plenty comes out. The attendant was very nice. Recommend this place. And lots of room after to dry your vehicle. It’s a good place to get your car washed, the space offered is decent sized with options to hang your mats, although I felt this slightly higher priced but I am not sure it could be because of time too but other places we have got washed it washed under what we paid here.
I’ve got another wand car wash closer to my home but always drive to use this one. Lots of bays which reduces the wait time, and friendly staff who hose down the bays after use so it’s very clean. Store with cleaning and detailing supplies along with a change machine on premises. They also have detailing services if you would rather someone else wash your car.
I have used this car wash for the last 5 years that I have lived in Edmonton. It’s been great … until lately. There is no comparison in the quality of service lately. The water pressure is not adequate anymore. This car wash used to provide free paper mats to place in your car when washing is completed. I loved that service but now they keep telling me they are on back order “for months”. In the past, employees would ask if you wanted a quick rug steaming in the last bay … this was a free service and what kept me coming back. It is so disappointing when you are accustomed to a certain level of service and you no longer have that. You can do better!
Angel did a FREAKING AMAZING job on my 🚗 today. I swear I felt like I was in a different car. It’s never looked or smelt so good before. I wasn’t looking forward to the meet once the job was done because my car was in such a bad condition when delivered, but I actually had a very pleasant in store experience. Such a good first impression to car detailing services. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting the job done, I didn’t think that smell could fully go!
This place is excellent and their staff is very hard working to keep bays clean so you don’t pull up to a mess – way to go folks !
